    Consultant: Client Liaison

    Job Description

    • The Sales and Customer Liaison Officer will be part of a team servicing and increasing sales of Netstar Products within a key account which is in the insurance segment. The candidate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales of Netstar products in an insurance call centre environment thus basic knowledge of the short term insurance industry is a requirement.
    • He/she will also act as a liaison between the key account and Netstar.  

    The role will also include the below :

    • daily communication with sales agents and team mangers at the key account and various departments at Netstar
    • planning and implementation of sales drives to increase sales at the key account
    • daily compilation of sales statistics and reporting
    • presentations and training to new and existing call centre agents on Netstar products, dealing with agent or client queries, as well as reporting and administrative tasks.
    • Creating brand visibility within the key account  
    • Liaising with, and answering enquiries from sales agents and team managers based at the key account, often via telephone and email.
    • Assisting with the planning and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
    • Communicating with colleagues and key stakeholders internally and at the key account
    • Maintain and grow relationships internally and at the key account.
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales 
    • Presentation and training of Netstar products and services to individual or groups of agents in a call centre environmentKeep record of sales and communicate stats to sales agents and brand managers at the key account
    • Must be able to attend functions were needed
    • Adhere to KPI and targets as set out by management

    Essentials

    Inventory Clerk

    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

    • D365 stock recording is always current and up to date.  Less than 1% deviation in actual vs D365 total stock value.
    • Drive successful execution of all sales orders with exception totaling less the 2%.
    • View successful quality control checks of sales orders with no errors. Ensure all sales orders have been through the quality order process before distributions/shipping occurs.
    • Full function of order execution on all outbound orders.
    • Minimizing credit note processed within the organization when delivering the right product to the customer.
    • Drive customer experience.
    • Drive successful delivery of orders to customers with no errors.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage Inventory

    • Route variance analysis and reconcile actual vs theoretical stock volumes at weekly cycle counts, half year and financial year end stock counts.

    Processing of orders for Dispatch

    • Pick, pack & ship – timely processing of sales orders to fulfilment status for invoicing.
    • Pack stock for collection from customer and prepare the documents for logistic company to collect stock to be shipped,
    • Lease with logistic company for collection even if this is after normal business hours or over weekends.
    • Ensure delivery notes/PODs are timely sent to Billing department to trigger customer invoicing.

    Liaison

    • With freight company with regards to ETA of deliveries,
    • Supply Chain Manager with regards to stock needs and availability, ETAs, on packaging material
    • Lease with Customers with regards to open sales orders and collection.
    • Lease with Nexus internal staff when sales orders were fulfilled for customer invoicing

    QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Matric
    • Certification / accreditation in inventory record keeping / stock control/ warehousing / warehouse management.
    • Forklift / reach truck competency.
    • Commercial Driver’s License

    Supervisor: Stock

    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
    Customer  

    • To eliminate customer queries.
    • To enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Display a total commitment to putting the customer first.
    • Liaise with customers regarding queries on deliveries.
    • Follow up to ensure all customer promises are executed.
    • Evaluate goods returned from customers.
    • Assist drivers with delivery addresses and contact details for customers.

    Finance

    • To ensure that stock balances by doing accurate shipments.
    • To avoid lost picking slips.

    Human Capital

    Internal Processes

    • Check Astea for orders ready to release on a continuous basis.

    • Follow up with pickers regarding picking slips not returned within two hours from issue.
    • Liaise with work control re urgent requirements.
    • Liaise with transporters regarding prioritising of deliveries according to arrangements with customers.
    • Advise management in case pickers cannot find the stock.
    • To ensure that the physical stock and delivery notes as per Astea balance.
    • Make two copies of each delivery note and attach to the original DD.
    • Hand all Delivery documents to security.
    • Ensure that all pick slips issued are accounted for by end of day.
    • Ensure all scheduled picking and packing of products to External & Internal Customers are affected timeously to meet the SLA’s set for delivery & collection.
    • Assemble customer orders for delivery.
    • Physically pick orders for technicians when we are short staffed or if the orders are urgently requested.

    Solution Specialist: Networking, Data Centre & Compute

    Job Description

    • To work effectively with the key stakeholders across the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure practice and sales teams within Altron Digital Business to effectively lead the aligned pre-sales engagements to success.
    • To engage with CxO level stakeholders at prospective clients in advisory capacity to deliver high impact solution-shaping workshops
    • Analyse customer business problems, elicit functional and non-functional requirements, and formulate actionable strategies to solve customer challenges by leveraging existing offerings or through the creation of new offerings
    • Producing compelling value propositions and customer solutions, throughout the sales lifecycle, owning the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure elements of formal RFI/RFP and client conversations / presentations as required
    • Be fully mobile and support sales teams in client presentations and meetings, supporting the proposed technical solutions
    • Working with the sales teams, contributing to sales and margin target achievements on assigned pipeline opportunities
    • The ability to lead workshops and brainstorming sessions designed to identify and plan high value strategic solutions

    Expertise:

    • The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Pre-Sales with a proven track record of winning business and guiding clients through the entire client acquisition process:
    • Huawei Certified Expert (HCIE) Datacom or R&S
    • Requires 8-12 Years of experience in end-to-end pre-sales on high net worth deals and comes from Solution Owner / Enterprise Architecture background
    • Experience in Pre-Sales, ability to understand customer pain points, requirements and translate these into a winning solution approach, responding to RFPs for infrastructure and cloud solutions and services
    • Strong client facing and communication skills and capable to independently think, conduct customer workshops articulate and comprehend customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing solutions
    • Hands-on Public/Private cloud infrastructure design and deployment experience in enterprise organizations
    • Good knowledge towards cloud transformation and migration engagements.
    • Excellent understanding of various cloud technologies- Azure, AWS, and VMWare on AWS

    Proven track record and accurate solutions estimations in:

    • Cloud infrastructure design - including network topology and security considerations

    • Good Multi Operating System /Hypervisor knowledge: Windows, Linux OS, ESXi, Hyper V services along with storage management, SAN, NAS, Backup, Security, etc.)
    • Cloud certification is desirable - e.g., AWS/Azure/VMWare: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
    • Experience architecting infrastructure solutions using both Linux/Unix and Windows with specific recommendations on server, load balancing, HA/DR, & storage architectures
    • Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers
    • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, especially with senior level stakeholders
    • Experienced in eliciting requirements from formal and informal documents and conversations
    • Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to Services, Solutions and Offerings
    • Experience scoping, defining and commercializing value propositions
    • Ability to collaborate across the business where required
    • Be proficient in assessing options (e.g., risk, performance, cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputs

    • Any Network Security experience will be advantageous
