Job Description

• Reporting to the inventory supervisor

Job Purpose

• Controlling of materials to and from the stores.

Job Functions

• Offload and receive items from supplier as per company procedure.
• Deliver items received to the correct destination.
• Perform administration functions inclusive of completing of goods received, goods returned, and goods issued documentation.
• Pack items in the correct bin location.
• Pick items according to the picking list and bill of material.
• Maintain stock bin cards.
• Marshall kits for the assembly area.
• Check items picked and marshalled.
• Assist with stock counting procedure.
• Maintain safe working conditions in the area.
• Carry out and maintain good housekeeping.
• Assist in assembly and dispatch areas.
• Contribute actively to the improvement of efficiency of the team.
