    UI/UX Design Lead

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF 6 - Bachelor's Degree in Applied Design (UI/UX design, Graphic design, Interaction Design) or relevant National Diploma or relevant College qualification
    • A portfolio of professional design work with examples of both desktop and mobile platforms is a must
    • Greater than 60 months experience, preferably in a technology or data management environment
    • Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles and practice
    • Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, Figjam and Adobe suite (Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop, InDesign)
    • Excellent understanding of HTML5, JAVA SCRIPT and CSS is advantageous
    • Excellent understanding of responsive design, including up to date with design trends
    • Excellent knowledge of web and mobile design best practices
    • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
    • Excellent understanding of branding, SaaS, data analytics, business analysis (coding advantageous)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Very strong attention to detail
    • A team player but can work independently too
    • Ability to take constructive criticism
    • Good understanding with an agile working environment

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Implement user-centred design principles to optimize usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction
    • Conduct user research and develop personas, user stories, and user flows
    • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
    • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and cross-functional teams to develop solutions
    • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
    • Adhere and contribute towards the design system (documentation and component library)
    • Conduct usability audits to identify areas of improvement
    • Participate in the scrum process
    • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed

    Minimum Requirements

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Perform routine site inspections on SLA based cycle
    • Inspect assets as per inspection tasks during every site inspection
    • Log maintenance calls for faults identified during every site inspection
    • Over-inspect completed maintenance work during every site inspection
    • Verify asset attributes, open calls and asset register during every site inspection
    • Build relationships with site personnel and the respective managers at all the client sites
    • Assist the client to resolve critical problems identified
    • Help resolve outstanding quotations and outstanding work
    • Obtain purchase orders from the site's management for all related or outstanding work

    Asset Management Services | Operations | ACC JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)
    • 8-10 years practical experience in manufacturing or mining consulting/services delivery environment
    • Applied knowledge of physical asset management, reliability engineering and EAMS systems (On Key)
    • 3-4 years management experience leading a team
    • Proven application of Asset Management principles and Project Management methodology
    • Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
    • Advantageous: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the On Key
    • Proven track record of excellent client relationship management in a service delivery environment

    • Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects

    • Responsible for client retention (services renewals) and growing of own portfolio by means of new sales and service expansions
    • Responsible for managing client SLA's

    • Manage Projects effectively and profitably, as defined in the client proposal, service level agreement (SLA) or project plan
    • Implement and optimise enterprise asset management systems and services
    • Execute asset identification and verification projects
    • Assist clients with focused improvement projects
    • Develop asset management standards aligned with the company methodology
    • Present asset management training and develop training material and course content
    • Perform customer relationship visits
    • Design and implement reports, dashboards and integrations
    • Participate actively in business development, tender submission, sales and marketing
    • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects
