    Despatch Supervisor - Aeroton

        
    Purpose of the job:


    Focusing on duties such as daily control of orders for dispatch, loading and receiving of stock, housekeeping and stock rotation procedures.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with Stock Control by assisting with monthly stock counts as required by management (transfers and GRVs)
    • Checking load documents and verifying that all is in order and verifying that seals are correct
    • Oversee or lead employees working at lower level dispatch.
    • Ensuring maintenance of housekeeping processes
    • Account for all stock being dispatched
    • Reconciliations
    • Keeping Dispatch storage areas neat and tidy
    • Giving weekly reports
    • Truck departures on time
    • Assist with queries related to the dispatching department

    Qualification Requirements    
    Qualifications:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

    Experience Requirements    
     Experience:

    • 3 years supervisory experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
    • Warehouse and stock management experience

    Manager: Regional Sales Inland - Waterfall

        Main Objectives

    • Develop and Drive Regional Sales Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans and targets for regional bakery sales, aiming to optimise profitable sales margins for all inland bakeries in alignment with the Regional Executive.
    • Lead High-Performing Teams: Lead and manage high-performing Inland Bakery teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
    • Development Plans: Complete internal development plans to acquire the competence required for the full regional executive role within the designated schedule.

    • Sales Strategy Development: Work together with senior leadership to develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy tailored to the region's market dynamics.

    • Community Engagement: Establish a positive community presence by managing product donations for corporate social investment (CSI), building relationships with key customers, and supporting the bakery sales team with problem resolution and customer complaints.
    • CSI Initiatives: Identify and drive the implementation of CSI initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant professional certification will be advantageous.

    Experience Requirements    

    • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience in Sales Team Management and driving performance is essential.

    Purpose of the job:

    • To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread on site.

    Responsibility:

    • Load bread according to picking slip.
    • Follow pipeline loading sequence.
    • Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck.
    • Attend daily invocom.
    • Ensure that quality bread is loaded.
    • Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO).
    • Report back on loading related matters to management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.

    Qualification Requirements

    Job Description    

    • As an Industrial Engineering graduate in our confectionery environment, you will be gaining practical exposure to manufacturing practices.
