    Project Manager (Western Cape)

    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    •  Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
    •  Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
    •  Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and testers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    •  Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
    •  Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    •  5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the fintech industry.
    •  Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
    •  Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time and within budget.
    •  Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana.
    •  PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus

    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with divisional goals and company success.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress.

    Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to find growth opportunities, cost savings, potential risks and forecasting.
    • Generate actionable insights from financial data to support decisions.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts, considering various scenarios.
    • Monitor actual financial performance and make necessary adjustments.

    Strategy Support and Tracking:

    Performance Management:

    • Collaborate with the team members (Head of Sales and Trader Performance Manager) to set Division Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Monitor and report on divisional financial and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.

    Efficiency and Bottom Line Improvements:

    • Identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements and bottom-line improvements within the division.
    • Actively seek ways to enhance commercial outcomes and drive performance.

    Data Custodian Performance Dashboards:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of available data to uncover new insights.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for management and implement strategies accordingly.
    • Take responsibility for the integrity and security of divisional data.
    • Create and maintain performance dashboards to measure and track divisional performance against KPIs.
    • Guarantee the accuracy of dashboards and reporting.

    Requirements

    Junior Accountant (Temp Position) (Western Cape)

    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Preparation of stock orders.
    •  Weekly Invoice and Bill Processing for all entities
    •  Weekly reports submitted to Partners
    •  Weekly Intercompany Bill/Invoice processing
    •  Daily monitoring of cancellation request and processing of all credit notes timeously
    •  Daily Monitoring of all group email accounts and resolving all queries
    •  Ensure customers receive invoices and statements on time and that payments are received timeously.
    •  Overseeing the debtor aging and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.
    •  Performing various commission calculations and other calculations for month end processing.
    •  Prepare summary reports for management review. 
    •  Work with large volumes of data in excel for performing reconciliations and processing accounts.

    •  Assisting supply chain with exceptions and posting correcting entries where required.

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    •  Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in finance.
    •  Matric (Degree advantageous).
    •  Financial software experience – Xero preferred (SAGE, SAP, Pastel Evolution adequate).
    •  Knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced).
    •  Information Monitoring experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Growing the Flash footprint in the area through all Sales Channels assigned to the sales team

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:
