    Executive Assistant.

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers. You will manage company administration, organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support.

    The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details.

    Duties and responsibilities

    •  Manage EXCOs calendar, as well as content and flow of information to EXCO including setting up agendas, emails and other company logistics.
    •  Report to senior management/EXCO and perform secretarial and administrative duties.
    •  Provide administrative support such as office management, typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, printing, copying, creating and maintaining contacts.
    •  Research, collect data and prepare documents for review and presentation to investors
    •  Work closely with EXCO to prepare for meetings
    •  Accurately record meeting minutes
    •  Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
    •  Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
    •  Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
    •  Organise team communications and plan events both internally and off site.

    • Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions & processing
    • Prepare monthly management accounts including profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations, unit economics & key reporting deliverables.

    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Registered as a financial professional (bonus).
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is very important.
    • Experience working with Xero will be beneficial.
    • Experience working with Group Companies & Multinational entities is beneficial.
