    Human Resources Graduate

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • As an HR Graduate, you will be involved in the following activities:
    • Participating in wage negotiations and case management on sites, learning from Industrial Relations specialists.
    • Shadowing and observing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA, and labour court processes.
    • Assisting with risk reporting and community stakeholder engagement.
    • Reviewing and updating HR policies.
    • Rotating into various areas of HR, including general HR, organizational development, and learning and development.
    • Assisting in the recruitment process, including reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.
    • Overseeing the company's training and orientation programs.
    • Maintaining and updating employee records and disciplinary information.
    • Completing and filing HR documents.
    • Involved in EE, BBBEE and Transformation work.

    Graduate Supply Chain

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • As a Supply Chain Graduate, you will be responsible for:
    • Learning about supply chain governance, compliance, and reporting, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Participating in strategic sourcing processes, including market analysis, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
    • Understanding inventory management techniques, including optimization, forecasting, and safety stock management.
    • Familiarizing yourself with supply chain systems and standards, such as ERP and MRP.
    • Learning about supply chain performance management, including key metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement techniques.
    • Gaining practical experience in operational procurement processes, requisitioning, purchase order processing, and expediting.
