    General Work (Casual) - Port Elizabeth

    The following terms are included but not limited to and will be explained in detail with successful candidates:

    • Individuals in the group will be hired temporarily or on fixed-term contract basis only for certain periods or projects.
    • No permanent employment is offered at any stage or in any way.
    • Payment will only be for actual hours worked.
    • Work commences when needed and/or if the individual is available.
    • Should any individual find alternative employment, the Company must be informed, and the individual will be relieved from the group.

    Sales Consultant - Mpumalanga

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyse the specific area regarding customers to identify new market opportunities to grow sales and enlarge the Montego footprint.
    • Draft an annual Business Plan aligned with the Marketing Strategy and plan resources and activities to achieve it.
    • Position specific priority brands within a specific space as opportunities arise.
    • Consult with clients and identify deal opportunities to increase profitability and opportunities of growth within the area.
    • Support the implementation of National Campaigns and make recommendations to the Regional Sales Manager on how to optimise campaign results.
    • Plan instore promotions in accordance with the expected frequency of instore promotions and ensure the Merchandisers are available for the implementation of planned promotions. Monitor availability of promotional stock.
    • Identify fast-moving and slow-moving stock and put plans in place to enhance stock movement.
    • Communicate all relevant information to the clients to empower them to achieve budget.
    • Identify and plan pet shows as opportunities to promote strategic partnerships.
    • Build and maintain positive relations with clients through ongoing engagements and quality service delivery.
    • Plan and implement Merchandising Principles, Techniques and Store Layouts to optimise visual appeal and increase the rate of sale. Advise and guide Merchandisers on Merchandising Plans and Requirements.
    • Plan and prepare for store and customer visits in accordance with Call Rate Requirements.
    • Assist clients with stock and quality-related queries and provide feedback.
    • Keep clients informed and provide advice and product training on new lines.
    • Provide information on and assist with the completion of Retailer Application Forms and actively onboard successful clients.
    • Plan telesales and complete Budget recons monthly.
    • Attend and respond to customer and internal e-mails, log calls and update Repsly within the agreed timeframe.
    • Submit progress updates/reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
    • Diploma/Degree in Sales or related field
    • Valid Driver’s License (Code EC beneficial)
    • Knowledge of geographical area and sales opportunities in the area
    • Knowledge of Merchandising Standards
    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) Reports
    • Proven work experience as a sales consultant, FMCG highly advantageous
    • Willing to travel extensively within the area

    Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff

    Key responsibilities:

    • Strategic Assistance: Conduct in-depth research, compile reports, and analyse data to assist in decision-making processes. Participate in strategic planning and the execution of key initiatives.
    • Financial Oversight Support: Assists with budget preparation and monitoring and prepares financial summaries and reports for review.
    • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met within timelines and budgets.

    • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the MD and other departments or external partners, facilitating smooth information flow.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Executive Support Techniques, Advanced Project Management skills & Strategic Business Communication skills
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Exceptional organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
    • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in creating detailed reports and presentations
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to handle sensitive information discretely
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • High level of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to confidentiality
