    Student Advisor (JB3643)

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Student Advisor/ Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Durban. As a Student Advisor/Contact Centre Agent, your primary responsibility will be engaging with prospective customers, promoting and selling our products while striving to meet set targets and uphold quality standards per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    Educational Requirements:

    • Matric (High School Diploma)
    • 1-2 years of Contact Centre sales experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency in selling our products and services by identifying and addressing prospective customers' needs, leading to successful sales and meeting profit objectives.

    Academic Operations Manager (JB3798)

    Main Purposes:

    Aligned to the brand Online pedagogic strategy, the Academic Operations Manager provides leadership on all Academic Operational, Development, Administrative and Support matters relating to Online Programmes, the delivery of Online Teaching and Learning in platforms powered by the brand; and Student Progression, Support and Success analysis and reporting on behalf of the accredited partner institution as per the Service Level Agreement. Through Training and Development that is informed by the latest research and global best practice, the Academic Operations Manager will inspire innovative online facilitation from the respective tutors that promotes a quality online educational experience, high levels of student engagement and student completion rates. The Academic Operations Manager is responsible for building collaborative relationships with accredited partners to ensure compliance and delivery of high-quality academic services to their institution. The Academic Operations Manager will review student analytics to inform support initiatives to enable better completion rates.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Minimum of a degree is required but a post graduate qualification in Education is advantageous
    • Master of education is preferred however not essential
    • Proven working experience in higher education teaching and learning
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills
    • A passion for developing the mediation and facilitation of learning online
    • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and learning design models
    • Curriculum planning and timetabling skills
    • Solid knowledge and comprehension of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance
    • Police and quality assurance knowledge and experience

    Junior Academic Vetting Officer ( JB3789)

    Educational Requirements:

    • Minimum of a postgraduate degree in any cognate field.
    • 5 years of experience in Higher Education, with at least 2 years in a program management or coordinator role.
    • Preference given to candidates with experience in both face-to-face and distance learning.
    • High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
    • Knowledge and experience in regulatory affairs, policies, and processes.
    • (Advantageous) Masters degree.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Academic Advising: Provide comprehensive advice on academic programs, policies, procedures, and course requirements for all faculties.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to academic regulations in the admission processes across the institution.
    • Student Onboarding: Oversee all processes and activities related to student onboarding, from initial contact to advising, full registration, and seamless rollover into consecutive years of study.
    • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of academic officers during student engagement processes and academic vetting for admission purposes.
    • Support to Sales Staff: Assist sales staff by providing expertise and support in handling academic inquiries.
