    Assistant: Export Coordinator - Midrand

    Job Main Purpose:

     

    • As our Assistant Export Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our export operations. Your mission? To ensure we meet international trade regulations while coordinating the movement of our products across borders. You'll also provide vital support for departmental administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Smooth Customs Processes: Accurate Harmonised System Code Application to facilitate customs clearance and minimise delays.
    • Quality Assurance: Coordinate pre-shipment inspections to ensure compliance and product quality.
    • Global Compliance: Organise pre-export verification of conformity tailored to each country's requirements.

    • 1-3 years in administrative skills, order processing, documentation skills, compliance knowledge, software proficiency, and customer service exposure.
