    Specialist: Talent Acquisition - Midrand

    Job Description:

     

    • Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Premier FMCG you will play a critical role in building our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. You will also actively contribute to our employment equity plan and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Delivering a professional end-to-end recruitment service aligned with the talent and transformation requirements of the business, including:
    • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from profiling to placement of successful candidates for specified vacancies.
    • Customising job advertisements in line with site-specific requirements.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation, employment laws, and regulations to minimise the company's exposure to adverse outcomes of complaints, litigation, audits, and inspections.
    • Communicating effectively, timely, and professionally to build our Employer Brand, brand advocacy, and support talent attraction.
    • Actively contributing to our commitment to diversity and inclusion by:
    • Implementing and advancing our employment equity plan to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
    • Fostering relationships with underrepresented talent groups to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Promoting women in manufacturing and actively seeking ways to increase their representation within Premier FMCG.
    • Actively supporting the appointment of people with disabilities and ensuring accessible and inclusive recruitment processes.
    • Ensuring continuous improvement of Premier's recruitment process and candidate experience by:
    • Performing internal and external benchmarking and gathering insights from the talent recruitment process and practices to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Conducting periodic reviews of recruitment infrastructure, processes, and systems.
    • Requesting regular customer feedback on the recruitment function's service levels and taking corrective action with relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborating closely with HR and line management to plan and implement cost-effective recruitment aligned with agreed budgets and talent plans.
    • Tracking, analysing, and reporting recruitment process costs compared to agreed budgets and recommending improvements.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field will be

    Experience Requirements    

    • 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment as a specialist (Agency).
    • 1-2 years of Generalist HR experience in a corporate environment within FMCG industry.
    • 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment for corporate roles within the FMCG environment.
