    Assistant: Export Coordinator - Midrand

    Job Main Purpose:

     

    • As our Assistant Export Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our export operations. Your mission? To ensure we meet international trade regulations while coordinating the movement of our products across borders. You'll also provide vital support for departmental administrative tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Smooth Customs Processes: Accurate Harmonised System Code Application to facilitate customs clearance and minimise delays.
    • Quality Assurance: Coordinate pre-shipment inspections to ensure compliance and product quality.
    • Global Compliance: Organise pre-export verification of conformity tailored to each country's requirements.
    • Consistency and Efficiency: Strictly adhere to Export-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective consignment execution.
    • Data Accuracy: Maintain and update the product master with precise product data.
    • Plant-Based Exports: Support the application process for PHYTO sanitary certificates required for plant-based exports.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • B-Tech Degree in Administration and/or Supply Chain Management, added advantage will be relevant certifications in CITP, ECoP and customs brokerage

    Experience Requirements    

    • 4-6 years in export coordination
    • 1-3 years in administrative skills, order processing, documentation skills, compliance knowledge, software proficiency, and customer service exposure.
