    Job Purpose:

    • To provide support to the team and ensure the smooth running of the department. The successful candidate will work closely with Life Assurance advisors and other colleagues to deliver excellent customer service to our policyholders.

    Job Outputs:

    • General administration

    Team Leader: Personal Lines Telesales - Centurion

    Job Purpose:

    • To effectively manage, monitor, supervise and motivate a team of Personal Risk Advisors, in an outbound Call Centre, towards achievement of department strategies and goals.

    Job Outputs: 

    • Achieve sales budget in terms of units and premium
