    INTERNAL PROCESS

    Practice Management Support

    Role Purpose
    My role as a Practice Management Support : Provides ongoing support to IFAs practice which includes onboarding and training to enhance practice management.

    Duties & Responsibilities 

    Onboarding of Partners

    • Preparing MAP Addendum for the potential Partner to sign via MSign.
    • Completed and signed Addendum emailed to the MDS Agreements team to upload on Sales Connect.
    • MAP requests Company setup documents from the Partners to create the company profile on Elite Wealth
    • Liaising with the Elite Wealth support team to ensure that the company setup was successfully completed.
    • Requesting client data and documents from the Partners, obtaining a quote from Elite Wealth and approval required from the Partners to proceed with the data import into the CRM system.
    • Creating user profiles on Elite Wealth and sending out login details to the respective users.
    • Setting up Elite Wealth system training with the different Partners.
    • Authorization letters sent to the Partners for completion in order for Elite Wealth to obtain Investment product data from the different Service Providers.
    • Setting up Investment models for different Partners according to their portfolio strategies.

    Maintaining Partner Relationships

    • Weekly and monthly check-ins with the different Partners.
    • Ad hoc Elite Wealth Training.
    • Assisting with day-to-day system related queries.
    • Attending Elite Wealth system release upgrades monthly.
    • Informing Partners of any upgrades and changes made on the system.

    Finance and Invoicing

    • Adding the users on the invoice spreadsheet that is send to Elite Wealth monthly for billing the Partners.
    • Checking and ensuring that issued invoices from EW are correct and sent to Finance for processing.
    • Creating Partner’s profile on JDE invoicing system
    • Preparing invoices on JDE and sending them out to the different Partners for payment.
    • Tracking that payments are received monthly and following up on any outstanding payments.

    Role Purpose
    The role of the Occupational Health Nurse is to provide a comprehensive occupational healthcare programme to clients, whilst adhering to all legal requirements.

    Requirements

    • A National Senior Certificate is essential
