    Senior Copywriter

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate (and work closely) with the creative team from brainstorming to conceptual development
    • Conceptualize ideas into concrete, actionable concepts that meet the client’s needs and add value beyond the basic requirements.
    • Understanding of retail marketing.
    • Grasp the brief and strategy to ensure clarity before undertaking tasks and seek solutions

    Application Support Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Keep up to date with different aspects of each new system and enhancement initiative, e.g. package functionality or module content;
    • Communicate/ liaise with end-user community/client via the Call Centre to assist with the resolution of more complex requests;

    Mainframe Application Developer

    Job Description:
    Main Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • To efficiently code, debug and unit test simple to moderate to complex programs. This includes new development and / or modifications to existing programs on a Supply Chain system;
    • Compile designs for simple to moderate to complex programs;
    • To investigate user requests in order to determine and correct root cause of incidents;
    • Assist business / system analyst with definition and analysis of enhancements and new developments;
