    Graphic Designer

    What will you be doing? 

    At PinPoint Media, we understand the importance of digital content delivery in today’s world of brand and business marketing. Our data-driven, human-inspired approach ensures that our content cuts through the noise and resonates with audiences, this is where you come in.

    We are looking for a diligent and talented Graphic Designer to join our fantastic and ambitious media team as we grow and expand our offices in South Africa. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously from our Cape Town offices. This role will include remote working with our fast-paced UK creative studio. Consisting of assisting colleagues with campaign data, client results and aligning deliverables with the client strategies this role comes with a high level of diversity and excitement.

    You Will

    • Work collaboratively with the entire team to develop and execute design concepts for various traditional marketing materials and digital media.
    • Create high-quality designs that are visually appealing, impactful and align with our clients' brand guidelines.
    • Look beyond a brief to uncover new and exciting ways of bringing an idea to life.
    • Display a natural eye for design – attending to finer details, understanding how much is too much, and the value of the “finishing touch”.
    • Act as a hub for all design assets internally including marketing, projects & client opportunities.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and incorporate them into our clients' designs as appropriate.
    • Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers or freelancers as required.
    • Have experience designing across digital, motion, brand and pitch.
    • Ability to understand and interpret clients’ requirements instantly.
    • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients

    Skills & Experience

    • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing traditional marketing and social media design, preferably in a creative agency setting.
    • Desire to be challenged and open to feedback.
    • High level of detail and accuracy.
    • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud software, including; InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of motion graphics software such as After Effects is an advantage, but not a requirement.
    • Strong written skills.
    • Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.
    • Confident in own abilities and be able to proactively influence clients and manage their expectations.
    • Creative and imaginative with an eye for colour, balance, and layout.
    • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and quick turnarounds on projects.
    • Able to work cross-functionally to keep all team members up to date on projects and statuses.

    Paid Search Manager - CPT

    We are looking for a diligent, results-driven and talented Paid Search Manager to join our fantastic and ambitious strategy & social team as we grow and expand our offices in South Africa.

    The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously from our Cape Town offices. This role will include remote working with our fast-paced UK creative studio. Consisting of assisting colleagues with campaign data, client results and aligning deliverables with the client strategies this role comes with a high level of diversity and excitement.

    You Will

    • Be responsible for the implementation of Paid Search in varying platforms including Google. 
    • Input and assist with the management of campaigns including planning, buying and activation alongside liaising with our in-house Strategy & Creative teams.
    • Have strong PPC experience in a high traffic, high impression environment (ideally within retail)
    • Have significant experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
    • Have strong knowledge of automated bidding solutions.
    • An interest in working with a Global and growing business.
    • A “test, measure, and learn” approach.
    • Have the desire to stay up to date with the latest PPC trends and test new ideas.
    • Be able to work with both B2B and B2C clients.
    • Understand Paid Social.
    • Be involved in the overall client pitch process.
    • Track clients performance against strategic plan.
    • Ensure that an effective, resource-efficient planning process is utilised.
    • Take insight and develop proposals and leading knowledge to support the execution of our clients.
    • Understand setting up, analysing, and optimising large scale full funnel Paid campaigns.
    • Be proactive and professional attitude towards self-improvement and commercial awareness.
    • Have sole ability to produce an accurate full-funnel eComm plan for new and existing clients, demonstrating growth through activation.
    • Set account and creative best practice assisting juniors to implement best in class structural, training and creative excellence.
    • Concisely articulate performance updates to key stakeholders and champion the paid search.
    • Be responsible for account audits, hygiene and ensuring set up is inline with Best Practice.
    • Work with the creative team to brief paid search campaigns that fits best practice, and works in line with organic social and overall content strategy.
    • Deliver best in class creative recommendations and personalisation and segmentation strategies.
    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and the evolving digital landscape requirements
    • Develop test plans and roadmaps to continually learn and refine campaigns.
    • Have experience creating content for social media. This is a junior position, so you don't have to be an expert, but we are looking for someone with previous experience, even if it's for personal projects.

    You Will

    • Be the day-to-day contact for your clients, working with them and our teams to deliver successful content campaigns.
    • Share clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings, while providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
    • Represent your clients internally to ensure effective creative briefing & delivery of all projects, on time and on budget, whilst managing client relationships & expectations.
    • Create of client presentations as required.
    • Compile budgets and timing plans for clients.
    • Ensure creative & strategic excellence across all deliverables.
    • Demonstrate a good understanding of producing creative content for social.

    • Experience in managing accounts with organic social & paid social media spend. OOH & TVC campaign delivery a bonus.
