    Process Coach Production

    POSITION DETAILS

    • Ensure production targets are met as outlined in SQDCPME Policy Deployment.
    • Maintain discipline & standardized process in work areas as outlined in Operation Instruction Sheet (OIS), Work Element Sheet (WES) & Work Balance Board (WBB) procedures.
    • Understand, Implement & Manage Ford’s Production System (FPS).
    • Manage absenteeism levels, employee versatility & manning assignments in area of responsibility. (Require toOperate (RTO) matches DROT)
    • Maintain the areas Quality Operating System (Zero Defects Shipped to next ZONE)
    • Participate in PIC Room, Variability Reduction Team (VRT), Ford Customer Production Audit (FCPA) & Just Do It (JDI requirements).
    • Understand, Analyze & React to Electrical Tests Issues (Software Download (SWDL), Configuration. Electronic Check Out System (ECOS) & Pre-Rolls) – Interim Corrective Action (ICA) & Permanent Correction Action (PCA) through the Painter Process.
    • Support & Filter data for Mechanical & Heavy Repair Paynter Reviews –Interim Corrective Action (ICA) & Permanent Correction Action (PCA) all issues from your area.
    • Use Factory Information Systems (FIS) to reduce production stoppages in your area, work with Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Industrial Engineering (IE), Maintenance and any support area to close concerns.
    • Cost control: Overtime & Scrap (Track and reduce cost).
    • Enforce Company Safety Regulations, Departmental Housekeeping, & Environmental Standards maintaining a healthy & safe work environment (i.e. ISO 9000 / ISO 14000 & TS 16949 procedures.

    STA Program Engineer

    Job Description

    • Component Manufacturing and Quality Experience
    • Cross-Functional/culture work experience
    • Program management experience. Understanding of component tool line-up, lead times and key events from kick-off to PSW.
    • Be proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

    Responsibilities

    • Develop program specific NTEI file containing pertinent part number information and scope of engineering changes.
    • Prepare standard documents for all milestone reviews. These include SAR/OESAR/Supplier Industrialization readiness reviews, Green filed Brown filed site assessments / Blue bars during ramp-up phase with a detailed understanding of non PPAP part pedigree and risk mitigation for each milestone.
    • Manage and report-out on supplier PPAP, APQP and Schedule A
    • Drive resolution of all yellow and red deliverables with cross functional teams. (PD/Purch/NML/STA site)
    • Lead Supplier Champion process through GPDS selection process, supplier training and cross functional reviews.
    • Responsible for supplier part quality and delivery during launch. Drive resolution of SQ AIMS. Lead containment through 8D with robust ICA/PCA actions.
    • Conduct onsite evaluation visits for Priority commodities as per GPDS supplier engagement process for new programs.
    • Support Capacity Purchasing team in capacity studies interfacing with suppliers and Ford cross-functional teams.
    • Review supplier incremental tooling work plans compliance to requirements
    • Drive capacity uplift actions implementation with suppliers in-line with the GCP study requirements. Incremental tooling, lead time and DTG
    • Track and govern supplier ramp-up plan with a PPAP3 date post MP1 through Blue Bar SAR reviews.
    • Review supplier Capacity Analysis Reports (CAR) for compliance to capacity requirements
    • Drive robust Supplier Failure Mode Avoidance through PFMEA, SCCAF, CP reviews, Manufacturing feasibility reviews and Health chart deployment as applicable.
    • Drive Supplier manufacturing health chart compliance and support development of new health charts
    • Drive suppliers for Special process compliance with the support of STA Technical Specialists and Industrialization Reviews

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science/Engineering or Academic Equivalent
    • Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
    • Knowledge of new model launch tools and systems

    Dealer Parts Support Group Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    PS&L Helpdesk 

    • Lead the development and implementation of PS&L Helpdesk for Dealers.
    • Provide input and support the development of the PS&L Helpdesk with Markets where synergies exist and business case supports.
    • Lead the roll out of PS&L Helpdesk function with Dealers 
    • Provide input and develop the dealer enquires handling processes – both internally and externally.
    • Establish Contact Ratio Targets to determine resources requirement and analyse data to improve efficiency and minimize cost. 
    • Develop and align Service Level Agreement with key stakeholders.
    • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly management report out and/or dashboard.
    • Provide analytical support to dealers and field team
    • Analysing the inbound enquiries to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure internal audit and external statutory requirement compliance

    Price Deviations & Microcat 

    • Support dealers to meet customer commitments
    • Investigate and process pre-approval documents for dealer code 26 claims
    • Preparing and distributing Dealer and Supplier bulletins and supporting dealer network communications.
    • Manage & Maintain dealer microcat access 
    • Assist dealers with accurate parts information
    • Ensure accurate microcat billing of subscriber usage
    • Prepare monthly billing report
    • Providing Invoices & Credit notes to dealers falling outside their 40-day window period.
    • Co-owner of all PS&L W: Drive folders, PS&L shared drives, Track-lite, Panda and Parts helpdesk access
    • Managing the relationship with Dealers and Ford Stakeholder

    • National Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/Business Management or Helpdesk System Administration.
    • Minimum of 2 years within the Automotive Industry Logistics environment background.
    • Must  have displayed proven capability of advanced PC skills & presentation preparation skills using microsoft office. 
    • Excel intermediate skills
    • Business acumen with operational experience in managing Helpdesk operation
