    Senior Accountant / Financial Manager - Pretoria

    Requirements:

    • Accounting Degree or equivalent
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as an Accountant or Financial Manager
    • Experience with Evolve, Automate, Kerridge, or Autoline
    • Clear criminal and credit records
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Dynamic, quick-thinking, confident, innovative, and hardworking
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
    • Knowledge of Autoline is essential
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Analyse financial data and provide insights to management regarding financial performance and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

    Compliance and Audits:

    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, dealership policies, and accounting standards.
    • Assist with external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

    Expense Management:

    • Track dealership expenses, including operational and capital expenditures.
    • Review and approve expense reports and ensure adherence to dealership policies.

    Duties:

    • Be managing 4 staff (2 technicians and 2 Service Advisors
    • Workshop books between 8 - 15 vehicles per day
    • Average GP of R 250k
    • Average CSI of 95%
