    Vehicle Sales Executive - East Rand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our new and pre-owned inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits.
    • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
    • Trade-In Evaluations: Assess and appraise trade-in vehicles, providing fair and accurate valuations.
    • Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with potential and existing customers, following up on leads and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts and financing arrangements, accurately and efficiently.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve dealership sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably with both new and pre-owned vehicles. Experience in a dealership setting is highly desirable.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively negotiate.
    • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile.
    • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed knowledge about vehicle features, financing options, and industry trends.
    • Adaptability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software and CRM systems is a plus.
    • Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
