    Packer

    Job Objectives:

    Double Checking

    • Receive picked order from the Picker and double check that the items correspond with the order by checking size, quantity, colour and quality
    • Pack order according to company standards and close with brown Barron tape after confirmation
    • Weigh the box, print the sticker and place both sticker and picking slip on the box
    • Escalate discrepancies to the Packing Team Leader

    Housekeeping

    • Apply basic housekeeping principles to ensure that the workstation is tidy.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • NQF 3 – Grade 11 or equivalent (Essential)
    • NQF 4 – Matric or equivalent (Desirable)
    • 6 to 12 months experience as a Warehouse Packer in corporate clothing industry
    • Required to differentiate between colours

    Embroidery Sewing Machinist

    Job Objectives:          

    Stitch Products          

    • Adjust settings of machine, according to Product style and observation of operation.
    • Adjust machine needle and presser foot to sew parts together to complete the product, replaces sewing machine parts and performs basic maintenance, such as oiling machine, selects supplies, such as thread colour and thread.

    Production Scheduling Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily Scheduling and Order Management:

    • Ensure prompt scheduling of paid and approved orders within specified lead times.
    • Manage production capacities across embroidery, gifting, display, and sublimation.

    Capacity Management:

    • Monitor and adjust floor capacity to maximize production efficiency.
    • Coordinate additional casual workers as needed to meet production demands.

    Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

    • Attend daily meetings to review and adjust production schedules.
    • Provide feedback on aged orders and update schedules accordingly.

    Issue Resolution:

    • Address escalations promptly and provide accurate feedback on resolutions.
    • Assist sales team with branding quotes when required.

    Deadline Management:

    • Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders without compromising quality.
    • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met consistently.

    Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead a team of production planners and assistants, ensuring daily actions are completed.
    • Manage overtime and leave requests to maintain operational continuity.

    Project Management:

    • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report progress to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in production scheduling or similar role, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
    • Strong understanding of production processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

    Warehouse Agent

    Job Objectives

    Receiving stock and short pick

    • Verify offloaded stock on the pallets by comparing the stock with the invoice
    • Pick short picked order and marry it to the rest of the outstanding order

    Stock Counting and Replenishment

    • Assist with inventory cycle counting by confirming that stock is in the correct location and physically count the stock or the boxes
    • Move stock between staging area and replenishment area and packing and dispatch

    Conveying Handling

    • Scan box in staging area to identify its final destination
    • Scan the relevant destination code on the conveyer and load the box unto the conveyer
    • On the other side of the conveyer scan box and identify which waiting shelve it should be stored on
    • Move box from conveyer to the storing shelve

    Dispatch and customer courier collection

    • Scan orders and identify which dispatch cage and location stock needs to be stored in
    • Take stock to relevant location, scan location to verify that it is the correct location and place stock in the shelve
    • Receive notification to retrieve order from dispatch cage
    • Take order to customer collection area.

    Health and Safety

    • Responsible for ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • NQF 3 – Grade 11 (Essential)
    • NQF 4 – Matric or equivalent (Desirable)
    • 6 Months to 1-year experience as a General Warehouse Worker working in a warehouse scanner environment

    JOB OBJECTIVES

    Welcoming Customers

    • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.

    Assisting Customers

    • Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrating product features, and offering recommendations based on their needs.

    Sales Transactions

    • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and arranging deliveries or pickups.

    Showroom Presentation

    • Ensure products are displayed effectively, shelves are stocked, and promotional materials are prominently displayed to attract and engage customers.

    Customer Support

    Relationship Consultant

    Job Objectives

    Capturing Sales Orders

    • Receive request from customers and capture order on the system accordingly or assist customers with placing the orders on line
    • Liaise with the warehouse to confirm stock availability and revert back to the client if required
    • Complete the branding check list if it is a branding order and capture order correctly Marketing Campaigns
    • Distribute marketing campaigns to customer based and follow up with customers by doing a call campaign
    • Discuss cross selling and upselling opportunities with the client and capture accordingly
