    Production Scheduling Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily Scheduling and Order Management:

    • Ensure prompt scheduling of paid and approved orders within specified lead times.
    • Manage production capacities across embroidery, gifting, display, and sublimation.

    Capacity Management:

    • Monitor and adjust floor capacity to maximize production efficiency.
    • Coordinate additional casual workers as needed to meet production demands.

    Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):

    • Attend daily meetings to review and adjust production schedules.
    • Provide feedback on aged orders and update schedules accordingly.

    Issue Resolution:

    • Address escalations promptly and provide accurate feedback on resolutions.
    • Assist sales team with branding quotes when required.

    Deadline Management:

    • Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent orders without compromising quality.
    • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met consistently.

    Team Leadership and Management:

    • Lead a team of production planners and assistants, ensuring daily actions are completed.
    • Manage overtime and leave requests to maintain operational continuity.

    Project Management:

    • Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving production efficiency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report progress to senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in production scheduling or similar role, preferably in printing or manufacturing.
    • Strong understanding of production processes, lead times, and capacity planning.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
    • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
