    Job Description

    The assessment coordinator is responsible for the processing and allocation of assignments according to deadlines. The job is highly operational and focuses on the capturing and releasing of all marks on the system in alignment to internal and external process and regulatory body requirements. The role is highly process driven

    Educational Requirements:

    • 3-5 years administrative experience
    • Grade 12 Mathematics/Literacy
    • Understanding provider/NATED and national qualifications
    • MS office proficient

    Duities

    • Processing incoming assignments from students via mail, registered, e-mail and branch mail and on Moodle
    • Process outgoing assignments from students to markers via mail, email and branch mail and moodle
    • QA and capture release all marks on system
    • Assisting assessment supervisor with ad hoc tasks
    • Administer processing and allocation of all incoming assignments

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a call center collections environment focusing on collections
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful collection strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
