Requirements:

Diploma:

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar field.

• Background in administrative and functional support, especially in an academic environment or a similar position.

Responsibilities:

• Debtors Management:
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date debtor records.
• Process invoices and receipts efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative assistance to the finance department.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in data entry and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve debtor-related issues promptly.
• Update management on debtor status regularly.

Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain relevant reports on debtor accounts.
• Assist in the analysis of financial data related to debtors.
