    Head of Analytics (Cape Town)

    Duties and responsibilities;

    • Develop and execute a clear analytical vision and strategy for group, which is aligned with the organization's goals. This includes collaborating with executive management to identify opportunities and prioritize analytical initiatives to drive business growth within the group” and “Foster a culture of analytical thinking, continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the group.
    • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the team.
    • Oversee data collection, storage, and integration processes to ensure data quality, accuracy, and security. Champion data governance practices to maintain data consistency and compliance with regulations.
    • Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to extract valuable insights from structured and unstructured data. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time and historical data insights to key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure data-driven decision-making is promoted at all levels.
    • Drive the development and implementation of predictive and prescriptive analytics models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and optimize business processes.
    • Ensure the effective communication of analytical findings through compelling data visualizations and presentations that are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Work closely with other departments and group companies, such as Marketing, Finance, and Distribution, to support their analytical needs and align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
    • Stay up to date with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies. Evaluate and recommend suitable software and infrastructure improvements to enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.

    Qualifications and Requirements;

    • Grade 12
    • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related fields.
    • Honours or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related fields. (Beneficial)
    • Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
    • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their application to business problems.
    • Proficiency in using analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

    Skills and experience:

    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Wholesale and Retail Industry in senior Analytics/innovation role.

    Technical Sales Advisor (Kempton Park)

    Key responsibilities:

    • Be highly conversant and professional in all technical and conceptual aspects of all products
    •  Analyse customer needs, recommend suitable products, provide advice, and effectively answer questions / address customer concerns

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Determine stock to be merchandised.
    • Draw stock requirements. 
    • Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags.
    • Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief

    Administrator (FTC )

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
    • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and route them to the appropriate individuals or departments, as and when required.
    • Scheduling: Manage calendars and appointments for team members and executives, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements, as and when required.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and files, and assist with data retrieval as needed.

    Qualifications;

    • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles would be beneficial.

    Sales Consultant (Port Elizabeth)

    Responsibilities;

    • 100% Call Adherence of between 100 – 110 Off Trade Outlets.
    • Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base
    • Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers’ complaints, queries and requests. 
    • Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
    • Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.

    • Knowledge of the Off-Consumption Liquor Trade is essential. 
    • Driver’s license and Own Vehicle
    • Fluent in English – both spoken and written.
