    Reports Engineer

    Job Purpose

    As a Reports Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports that provide valuable insights and legislative information to support various client requirements. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs, analyse data sources, and create visually appealing and accurate reports. The role involves utilizing report writing tools, database systems, and programming languages to ensure the effective extraction, transformation, and presentation of data.

    SA Support Desk Consultant

    Job Purpose

    The purpose of the position is to support existing PaySpace clients via email or telephonically by analysing their requirements, troubleshooting their problem, or providing guidance on the system.

    • Tertiary Qualification

    Product Owner

    Job Purpose

    The Product Owner is a member of the Agile Team responsible for working with the Stakeholders as well as Technical Teams to manage the Development Team Backlogs such that Work Items being created with enough detail for Grooming with the Technical Teams, are in the correct State, and are correctly assigned. The Product Owner works with Stakeholders and Technical teams to prioritize Work Items and provide feedback to Technical Management if Work Items are not attended to within acceptable timeframes to meet SLA’s or Business Milestones. The Product Owner will work with the Stakeholders and do analysis to unpack new requirements and enhancements and will translate these into Work Items and Wiki entries/Specifications and will work with Technical Management and Stakeholders to establish Business Milestones.     • Estimate and plan in conjunction with the head of development, product delivery resource requirements.
    • Track and iterate product requirements over the development lifecycle.
    • Build out self-service reporting and data analytics capability to give visibility of how development is tracking against Business Milestones

    Administration and reporting

    Experience

    • Excellent project management skills and previous experience as a Product Owner/Manager, particularly within an agile software development environment, is favourable.
    • A good understanding of the Kanban framework and Agile methodologies
    • Knowledge on creating specifications and tickets.
    • Good product ownership skills, including managing product backlogs, managing business milestones and ensuring tickets have relevant level of detail.
    • Strong IP on the PaySpace platform highly advantageous.
    • Proficient comprehension of developmental terminology (advantageous).

    Junior Internal Systems Specialist

    Job Purpose

    The Junior Internal Systems Specialist will support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable colleagues to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to customers. This role is responsible for managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure and software within PaySpace, developing, and enhancing both customer and internal-facing applications within PaySpace, and providing technology tools that help create an operational efficient competitive advantage to drive strategic business growth. This role will be responsible for defining our internal technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising solutions that help us meet operational requirements.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Document all details and concerns obtained from stakeholders during the requirement gathering process and ensure agreement to the solution requirements and priorities.
    • Engage with the business and users to understand the requirements
    • Prepare the requirements specifications, prioritize, and obtain feedback and approval
    • Review current processes, identify problem areas, and control weaknesses and gaps.
    • Identify areas of improvement or opportunities in existing business processes and applications.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvements and efficiencies
    • Work with the business in the solution design process
    • Understand the challenges and problems in the specific area of the business and work with the business to ensure the solution is workable

    Skills required

    • Sound knowledge of CRM/ERP/Integration systems

    • Experienced in Data Analytics and using BI tools such as Power BI
    • 2-3 years experience in implementing ERP systems for medium to large enterprise.
    • Knowledge of Zoho One cloud application and the Deluge programming language will be beneficial
    • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript will be beneficial
    • Experienced vendor engagement, both from a new business and a managed service point of view
    • Experience in managing infrastructure and operations
    • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure planning and operations, design, and deployment, as well as system life cycle management
