Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented Programme Manager to oversee a variety of complex and cross-functional projects. This role is essential for driving online fulfilment operations and ensuring that resources are effectively managed and projected. Responsibilities:

• Match clients with suitable vehicles for their travel plans and destinations.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle equipment, travel restrictions, and route planning.
• Follow up on inquiries to maintain a minimum 30% conversion rate.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Tertiary qualification in travel/tourism is a plus
• 3-5 years of customer service experience, including sales (face-to-face or telesales)
• Experience in 4×4 and camper van rentals is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of African self-drive destinations
• Computer literate (MS Office / Google Workplace)
• Knowledge of the Tourplan system is a plus
• Must have a driver’s license and own transport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
