    Product Manager – Fraud/ID

    Role Overview: 

    • The Product Manager for Fraud/ID will develop and execute strategies for fraud and identity products, aiming to achieve revenue and profitability targets. This role involves market assessment, product positioning, and managing the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, and enhancements. You will act as a liaison between the product and sales teams, promoting product adoption and driving long-term success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for fraud/ID products, including positioning, value propositions, pricing, and distribution. Assess market conditions and set strategies to meet revenue and EBIT targets.
    • Research & Development: Initiate and lead research to gather customer feedback and identify new product opportunities. Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
    • Sales Support: Create and implement sales training plans, develop promotional materials, and provide pricing recommendations. Support sales initiatives and ensure effective product launches.
    • GTM Planning: Adapt and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including strategy decks, training materials, and launch content. Manage product launch activities and ensure effective rollout.
    • Stakeholder Management: Engage with Sales, DSA, and solution consultants. Communicate product updates and manage third-party relationships.
    • Reporting: Monitor product performance, identify growth opportunities, and address risks. Provide recommendations based on performance data.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, business, or a related field.
    • Experience: 8-10 years in product management, with strong skills in communication, organization, and managing multiple projects.
    • Skills: Ability to work independently and in teams, lead initiatives, and manage complex product portfolios.

    Cloud, Infrastructure & Networks Project Manager

    Overall Job Purpose

    • Our client is currently busy with a large strategic business and IT transformation. Part of this roadmap includes implementing SDWAN capabilities, Cloud setup, and migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud.
    • This role is to be the dedicated Project Manager for the various projects that will be executed in IT Infrastructure to support the bigger portfolio of work.
    • Initiate, plan, and structure the projects, Proactively and holistically lead and supports all projects
    • Provides the necessary leadership, analysis, planning, and design insights to actively support the deployment of the projects

    Key Accountabilities:

    General

    • Setup and define the project implementation strategy and approach and agree with PMO in terms of the most effective delivery approach,
    • Applies architectural guidelines and agreed principles to solutions
    • Leads, prepares for, and actively participates in QA and Design Authority (and other bodies e.g., Functional Design Forums, Group Design Council, Steering Committee, and project status) activities as these relate to the portfolio
    • Serve as a Liaison (interpretation layer) between and the SI project teams
    • Ensures a quality design, well-tested and well-deployed solutions for the business
    • Identify any issues and risks, escalate to portfolio management, and own mitigating actions
    • Identify any business impacts on the project and work with teams (e.g., Change Management, Integration) to manage activities that lead to adoption and positive business outcomes
    • Deliver project objectives within the allocated time, budgeted cost
    • Manage the SI partner to ensure successful delivery as per statement of work
    • Manage and control project budgets
    • Manage and control project risks and issues
    • Communicate effectively within the project
    • Demonstrate Leadership in the project environment
    • Lead and direct multiple projects
    • Ensure effective handover of the implemented solutions into the Operations environment

    Change management

    • Support Group IT and Project Change Management Team with Change Management activities, as required
    • Give input to impact assessments for system changes
    • Ensure Solution Architects are equipped with relevant information and knowledge (coach and train) to support business readiness and manage execution for go-live activities
    • Apply Enterprise Architecture design principles and guidelines

    Quality Management

    • Project governance is a critical element of any project, especially on complex and risky projects.
    • Setup of Project Governance that will provide the structure, processes, decision-making models, and tools for managing the project, while supporting and controlling the project for successful delivery.
    • Ensure alignment to PMO project delivery requirements and stage gate checks

    Qualifications And Experience

    • IT Diploma or degree
    • Minimum 10 years of Network, Infrastructure, or related experience
    • Minimum 10 years experience in project/programme management
    • Knowledge and experience of SDWAN and Cloud solutions

    • Strong project planning, estimation, design, and implementation skills
    • Resource allocation
