    Graphic Designer

    Duties and Responsibilities : 

    • Own and manage the Company Brand Corporate Identity (CI) across all platforms
    • Increase user friendliness of the OneCart Brand assets
    • Maintaining brand consistency and voice in the project
    • Communicating with all internal departments to create any promotional graphics
    • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral for Company campaigns
    • Planning and managing all stages of the design projects
    • Provide a timeline upon assessing the client's needs and preferences
    • Ensuring delivery of high-quality and original artwork
    • Suggesting and making creative alterations to projects
    • Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
    • Collaborate on the creative direction of the company as well as brand guidelines
    • Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
    • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
    • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
    • Design and set up emails templates and social media artwork
    • Generating fresh concepts.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools
    • Ensure that creative outputs are presentable for review internally and to the client
    • Ensure all time spent working is tracked on the correct tasks
    • Manage and own how external partners and vendors use and implement the OC Brand
    • Work closely with the Product and Tech teams
    • Collaborate effectively with all internal business partners
    • Maintain a positive attitude
    • Take ownership of driving your career development (skills and knowledge)
    • Plan and priorities, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands to achieve agreed deliverables
    • Communicate effectively, maintain relationships
    • Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from your line manager
    • Act as part of the Marketing team by assisting other members of the team to achieve common goals
    • Consistently live and be an example of the Company's values
    • Timely reporting of all instances of suspected or proven fraud via the appropriate reporting channel

    Job Requirements :

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
    • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
    • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
    • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
    • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
    • Working experience on Social Media and Email marketing platforms
    • Animation and video experience are essential

    • Ability to thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines timeously and under pressure

    • Keeping track of product offerings and availability.
    • Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
