    Production Manager

    A day in the life of a Production Manager:

    • Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards (compliant), on time and meeting consumer expectations.                                          
    • Effectively manage the LLT, ensure exchange of information (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and FLT, MOR for medium and long term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements.
    • Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with NCE guidelines.
    • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors.   
    • Elaborate and execute workforce development program that will provide appropriate flexibility of workforce and assets.
    • Focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on time delivery through optimal resource allocation.                                               
    • Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach.
    • Drive for excellence, support operators and staff in their tasks.                                             
    • Provide timely feedback, coaching to individuals and team to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines. Ensure succession plans and development - coaching of direct reports (where applicable) including development of specific training.

    What will make you successful?

    • Degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
    • 5 years’ Experience in leading people or similar role.

    • Successful in leading projects involving different departments or functions.                        
    • Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques.
    • Implementation experience of TPM.                     
    • Attend and actively participate in Rive-Reine seminars: Ensuring Supply, R&D and Technical Management.
    • Experience in change Management.

    • Develop and Lead Communication Plan (including NCE, Q, SHE, Supply Chain).

    eBusiness Development Manager

    A day in the life of a Nestle Infant eBusiness Development Manager:

    • Lead the Business on digital strategy (encompassing all web and social activities) by providing solutions, standards, guidance, and knowledge transfer. Proactively advise on digital topics and industry trends, to maximize the impact of digital services and assets provided by Digital Services Unit.
    • Collaborate with Insight team to understand shopper/user behavior on-line to create impactful contents and design on-line shopping experiences that delight and convert consumers/shoppers to purchase.
    • Leverage Shopper data & drive analytics to optimize e-commerce and digital campaigns.
    • Contribute to proposals with regards to brand portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategy for e-commerce and digital marketing

    • Align and communicate governance of eContent Development, the use of repository (Content Hub, Silo and other eContent hosting tools that are applicable) to host the content and, the implementation on different online platforms.
    • Collaborate with BU`S and eCAM to ensure RDM plans are being linked to other online activity to form a golden thread of communication.
    • Work with eRetailers Content/website management teams to develop suitable plans to leverage all their content capabilities to optimize digital shelf, and find new opportunities to communicate brands and product benefits.
    • Drive First-party data acquisition, and consumer data activation through engaging campaigns using a multi-channel approach.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-Commerce or Digital Marketing ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
    • Has consistently demonstrated success in delivering engaging digital marketing/social solutions and platforms.
    • Solid digital & social marketing expertise (1-2 years)
    • Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data.
    • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects and campaigns
    • Has consistently demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse business situations.
    • Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
    • Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
    • Project management skills

    Lead HRBP

    A day in the life of a Lead HR Business Partner (Manager) at Nestlé:

    • Contribute to & Execute the HR Strategy: Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. Support the organisational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. Act as People Co-Pilot to the business unit, mentoring and coaching the business head and his/her team. Drive flawless execution of Global, NiM and local HR Initiatives.     What will make you successful?

    Millwright

    A day in the life of a Millwright:

    • Complete the necessary administrative tasks for AMM, SHE, CDM and MDWT.
    • Interact with production, Suppliers, and contracting staff.
    • Coaching and mentoring of technical operators and apprentices.

    Team Leader - Mossel-Bay

    A day in the life of a Team Leader:

    • Control of Production Scheduling and Planning § Manage weekly MPS and Monthly production Plan
    • Break down weekly plan into daily shifts.
    • Monitor daily any deviations from scheduling and supply and reasons for it.
    • Analyze shop floor reports, take appropriate actions and report to plant manager daily.
    • Attend all meetings relevant to the above.

    Plant Performance/Efficiency Management

    • Analyze output/efficiency (DMO) on a shift basis and take the appropriate action

    Budget /variance control

    • Organize daily/weekly cycle counting of ingredients, packaging, WIP and finished products.

    Management of HR

    • Identify all training needs for the line crew and conduct or arrange training when and where required.
    • Arrange line crewing, including labour transfers and contract works.
    • Ensure full familiarization with current labour Legislation

    Implementation of NQS

    • Analyze LP forms and take appropriate action (reduction of filling losses and legal compliance)
    • Ensure that release parameters are complied with, and the release procedure is followed.

    Safety, Loss and Control Management

    • Ensure that all OHASA regulations are adhered to, includes tag raising and loto
    • Ensure that all environmental regulations are compiled to.
    • Ensure that adequate first aid equipment and trained personnel is available.
    • Investigate and report all accidents and propose necessary modifications.

    Innovative and Improvement

    • Promote Continuous Improvement (TPM) and seek new and improved methods of working in order to increase efficiency in the overall production process
