    eBusiness Development Manager

    A day in the life of a Nestle Infant eBusiness Development Manager:

    • Lead the Business on digital strategy (encompassing all web and social activities) by providing solutions, standards, guidance, and knowledge transfer. Proactively advise on digital topics and industry trends, to maximize the impact of digital services and assets provided by Digital Services Unit.
    • Collaborate with Insight team to understand shopper/user behavior on-line to create impactful contents and design on-line shopping experiences that delight and convert consumers/shoppers to purchase.
    • Leverage Shopper data & drive analytics to optimize e-commerce and digital campaigns.
    • Contribute to proposals with regards to brand portfolio, pricing, and promotional strategy for e-commerce and digital marketing
    • Develop and execute strong, functionally aligned brand and e-commerce channel plans by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (internal & external) to deliver on brand e-business KPIs.
    • Track and monitor the performance, brand health and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investment of her/his brand on-line.
    • Collaborate with Media team to understand brand target user journey on-line and execute impactful media strategies to deliver the desired KPIs.
    • Aim to deliver best in class services and solutions and being proactive on the guidelines and solutions for the business by working closely with agencies, development partners and industry leaders. Regular benchmarking/assessing against industry best practices and solutions.
    • Coordinate the escalation of critical issues and resolution by the appropriate Communications Department Crisis Protocols.
    • Delivery and execution of digital best practices and frameworks (via training, online sharing platforms and other means).
    • Develop, update, and execute local digital strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap (including social media and crisis management)
    • Direct consumer interaction through real-time interactions (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). Manage the monthly CRM programs using industry and global benchmarks to track picture of success.
    • Ensure 100% implementation of eContent across eRetailer platforms, brand.com and other online platforms where product related information is displayed.
    • Align and communicate governance of eContent Development, the use of repository (Content Hub, Silo and other eContent hosting tools that are applicable) to host the content and, the implementation on different online platforms.
    • Collaborate with BU`S and eCAM to ensure RDM plans are being linked to other online activity to form a golden thread of communication.
    • Work with eRetailers Content/website management teams to develop suitable plans to leverage all their content capabilities to optimize digital shelf, and find new opportunities to communicate brands and product benefits.
    • Drive First-party data acquisition, and consumer data activation through engaging campaigns using a multi-channel approach.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in e-Commerce or Digital Marketing ideally at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
    • Has consistently demonstrated success in delivering engaging digital marketing/social solutions and platforms.
    • Solid digital & social marketing expertise (1-2 years)
    • Ability to analyze, interpret and react to real time trends and data.
    • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing projects and campaigns
    • Has consistently demonstrated success in several challenging and diverse business situations.
    • Good Internet & social platforms technical and functional knowledge
    • Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive – shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)
    • Project management skills
    • Strong relationship management abilities
    • Basic knowledge and experience in BBNW
    • Experience working in cross functional teams.
    • Advantage if has worked on a successful CRM programme.
