    General Utility Warehouse Operator - Witbank

    Responsibilities

    • Daily picking of stock according to orders placed accurately and efficiently
    • Enusre compliance with processes for receiving, dispatching of all stock according to company policies and processes
    • Check stock IN from Jumbos
    • Check stock IN from trade, that is, Returns, Buybacks and Cartons

    HR Specialist – Isando

    Responsibilities

    • Drive Talent Acquisition for the defined business area using a variety of techniques.
    • Ensure compliance with Employment Equity targets, Procedures, Entry requirements, Strategic Workforce Plan and headcount budget (AOP). Custodian of high quality talent for the business.  
    • Manage a high quality and thorough administrative process for all HR related processes including payroll documentation, take-ons, promotions and separations.

    R&D Packaging Associate - 2 Years FTC

    Overview

    This 2 Years contractor role has responsibility to work with the Packaging Manager on projects assigned to them in SSA market. This role will work in Foods Packaging development across Productivity & Sustainability initiatives, will support in validating & creating specfications to procure, produce, and ship Snacks and Foods products for manager review for approval and manage low / Medium complexity packaging development activities in guidance with the manager.  The associate will work closely with packaging teams, suppliers, manufacturing facilities to test and commercialize packaging components where assigned.

    Responsibilities

    • Channel SVO’s (Shopper Value Offer) against the priority growth channels by identifying needs, behaviours and drivers of choice that impact the visibility, trial and loyalty to our customers.
    • Feed key elements into channel and marketing strategies
    • Partner with key customers to develop white space opportunities and/or mutual growth opportunities e.g. Meal Deal/FOS.

    • The Shopper Insights Analyst is expected to support the entire end to end research and data management programmes including all of the following steps:
    • Devloping automated reporting and distilling basket and shoppel data to drive customer and internal Pepsico commercial decisions (e.g. Dunnhumby, 5One, Shopper Pannel).
    • Scoping & planning the research objectives, methodology & formulation of a robust brief
    • Managing agencies & understanding what combination of agencies are suitable to play a role at the various stages of the research objectives.
    • Align & communicate thinking all the way through the phases of research with shopper Insights Lead & other key stakeholders.
    • Highly competent at managing large volumes of data from data collection to warehousing & analytics to visualisation.
    • Turn the insight into a powerful commercial story that can be used throughout the organisation.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in a relevant commercial and/or scientific discipline (e.g. Commerce, Psychology, Food Science, Sensory science) with a strong theoretical background in test design, research methodologies & statistical analysis techniques
    • 5-10 years of experience in a consumer research/insights role preferably in an FMCG environment
    • They must be able to demonstrate that they are highly competent in Quantitative and Qualitative research techniques and within that a variety of methodologies.
    • It would be highly beneficial if the candidate also had experience across other commercial functions, in particular Category Management or Sales.

    SPL Development Specialist - Pepsico Park

    Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the implementation, tracking & continuous improvement of the operational standardization & excellence model.
    • Assess current and future processes and identify opportunities to leverage changes and ensure standardization in process and systems across all operations.
    • Collaborate with operational leads within SPL to ensure technical detail accuracy & relevance within the standardization model as well as entrenchment within respective operations as the SPL “way of working”.

    Qualifications
