    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain website health
    • Drive organic visibility through ensuring SEO technical activity

    Sales and Marketing Administrator

    Description

    Primary Purpose:

    • Ensure smooth operations and efficient communication within the sales and marketing departments by managing schedules, data, and administrative tasks. Assist in the creation, organization, and execution of marketing efforts to promote products or services and reach target audiences effectively. Aid the sales team in generating leads, preparing presentations, and tracking sales metrics to facilitate customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    Administrative Support

    • Coordinate sales
    • Manage
    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
    • Monitor and track sales and marketing metrics against the Retail recipe, including Sim activations, rate of sale, voucher redemptions, deal & marketing compliance against the Retail recipe which may change from time to time, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including new Promoter onboarding including all documentation submission to HR, stock control of airtime vouchers & sim cards within the Retail environment.
    • Maintain and update general employee files, including personnel records, training documentation, and daily performance evaluations.
    • Facilitate termination processes for promoters.
    • Assist with compiling payment schedules for promoters for submission to payroll.

    Marketing Support

    • Assist in the creation, ordering, stock control and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, sim cards, vouchers and digital content.
    • Assist in the organization and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

    Sales Support

    • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
    • Monitor and track sales and marketing metrics against the Retail recipe, including Sim activations, rate of sale, voucher redemptions, deal & marketing compliance against the Retail recipe which may change from time to time, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Responsible for the creation & deployment of weekly deal leaflets for the Retail channel.
    • Collaborate with the sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
    • Collaborate with the Journey Team to ensure customer journeys pertinent to the Retail channel are in place and working as they should.
    • Ensure that Partner airtime wallets are consistently within predetermined thresholds.
    • Ensure predetermined daily deliberate actions are completed daily and timeously.
    • Produce a daily update on deal & marketing compliance for each Retail store and distribute this update to leadership team daily.
    • Deliberately perform daily tests to ensure all platforms and functionalities work as they should
    • Raise any challenges in terms of area of responsibility immediately with upline
    • Daily communication with Promoters in the Retail channel to ensure attendance, dress code, deals in store & marketing material in store meet criteria as determined by the Retail recipe which may change from time to time and may vary between the different brands.

    Requirements:

    Dialler Manager - Umhlanga

    Description

    The detail:

    Key Focus and Duties:

    Dialler Support and Management

    • Cleaning and loading the data onto the dialler.
    • Manage a team of dialler Administrators to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Reviewing previous days performance to make recommendations on and agreeing, communicating, and delivering dialling plan for the day.
    • Reporting dialler issues to relevant stakeholders and following through to resolution.
    • Optimise resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real time adherence.

    Contact Strategies

    • Review dialler set up and performance on an on-going basis to make recommendations on changes to contact strategies to drive improvements in contact rates and operational performance.
    • Manage dialler throughout the day to deliver key dialler metrics and adherence to regulatory bodies.
    • Develop and use operational reports to drive fact-based decisions on operational performance and process initiatives.

    File Penetration and Dialler Metrics

    • Min 99% attempts on all leads received.
    • Avg attempts per lead 5.
    • Connect to dial 50%
    • RPC to unique lead 50%

    Operational Relationship Management

    • Delivering data performance KPI’s.
    • Identify, communicate, and implement actions to address any risks to delivery of data/dialler targets.
    • Support operations with insights on agent performance deviances to expectations.
    • Track and communicate benefits of changes and initiatives implemented.

    Collection Agents

    Role and responsibilities : 

    • The purpose of a Collections Agent is to reduce the number and value of arrear accounts whilst maintaining client service standards and retain existing clients, as well as: 

    Client Engagement :

    • Achieving individual monthly targets set on phoning arrear clients to obtain payment arrangements through effective negotiations with the clients.
    • Continuously striving to improve the targets set within the department.
    • Displaying an understanding of conflict by effectively using conflict-handling techniques.
    • Adherence to scripts (opening, content and close).
    • Resolving client queries within the prescribed turnaround times.
    • Ensuring timeous referrals of escalation of arrangements outside of mandate to management.

    Head of Finance - Product (Umhlanga)

    Description

    The Head of Finance - Product is accountable for the functioning and management of the Product group finance function with primary responsibilities for financial reporting, budgeting, forecast collation, income tax compliance management, external auditor liaison and treasury.

    Responsibilities:

    Financial Reporting

    • Ensure timeous, accurate and complete financial reporting.
    • Work closely with the Commercial finance function to deliver accurate insights, drive revenue growth and accurate forecasting.

    Budgeting

    • Produce budget for consolidation and submission to the Board of Directors, comprising income statements,balance sheet and cash flow statements.

    Forecast collation

    • Provide timeous forecast financial results on a continuous forward 12 month basis.
    • Provide insight and analysis on the rolling 12 month forecast with key emphasis on EBITDA and cash generation for the business unit.

    Income Tax compliance

    • Responsible for income tax submissions.
    • Key liaison with SARS in respect to tax matters.

    External auditor liaison

    • Key liaison with external audit.
    • Drive external audit deliverables so as to ensure timeous external audit completion.
    • Project manage operational finance deliverables to auditors.

    Treasury

    • Take responsibility for treasury and forecast cash generation.
    • Optimise cash position with detailed and rigorous cashcollection strategies and accounts payable management.

    People management and leadership

    • Provide leadership and manage a team of individuals in achieving the departmental objectives.

    Requirements
