    Senior Java Developer

    What you’ll do:

    • The role requires working within a small team to enhance and maintain the Cloud SaaS platform.
    • You will have a very strong influence on the direction of the software and what we can do with it in the coming years.
    • The platform consists of a micro-service architecture written in Java Spring Boot and MySQL and is deployed on a Kubernetes cluster.
    • Responsibilities will include working with the Product Owner to design and implement new functional requirements into the platform and taking full responsibility for the quality of their work.

    Skills and Experience

    Your expertise:

    • At least 6 years’ experience in Java Spring Boot for building Microservices architectures
    • Must have very good working knowledge of Angular (older and newer versions)
    • Design and implementation of REST APIs
    • Linux
    • Docker
    • MySQL
    • Configuration of CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI

    Exposure to

    Service Desk Agent I

    What you’ll do:

    • Efficient and effective logging and allocation of incoming calls and assisting Engineers / involved parties in ensuring all calls are attended to and closed.
    • Ensure that all calls are logged within ITSM tool as per the required operational processes.
    • Assist team with work overload as and when required and ensure general administration work is up to date.
    • Ensure high level of customer liaison is maintained at all times and interaction is conducted in a highly professional manner.

    Business Support Analyst

    What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for managing service support for all services allocated as per Subject Matter Expert bucket with a drive towards effective Incident Management
    • Awareness around all possible changes that will be released into the PRODUCTION environment for allocated services.
    • Collaboration with other Subject Matter Expert’s on changes in other areas that may have an impact on allocated processes
    • Owns the LIVE environment for allocated services in Subject Matter Expert bucket and manage a close relationship with the key stake holders of all allocated services in SME bucket (i.e. BA’s, superusers).
    • Responsible for maintaining and updating all knowledge articles
    • Responsible for identifying problem areas and following through on all problems logged in SME bucket

    • Key role in constructing and executing test cases in any project(s) related to SME bucket
    • Act as the communication medium between client and all 3rd party suppliers of systems in relevant SME bucket
    • Provide insights on industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance digital interface
    • Utilize data analysis techniques and reporting to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system specifications, and test cases

    Your expertise:

    • Must have strong financial services experience, in particular, solid knowledge and understanding of insurance products and policies
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Application Support Analyst
    • Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies
    • Ability to understand and use computational theories and practical skills
    • Ability and knowledge for effectively interacting with data users, managers and other stakeholders
    • Ability to identify and describe the complex interplay between technologies and organisational structure.

    Customer Service Representative

    What you’ll do:

    • Cradle to grave management of tickets and other adhoc TLM functions
    • All aged/unmanaged tickets to be escalated to relevant support groups and updated
    • Monthly reports on area specific criteria submitted on 1st working day of the new month.

    What you’ll do:

    • Security Integration: Integrate security into software development with development, operations, and security teams.
    • Risk Assessment & Controls: Identify potential security risks; implement and monitor security measures (firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication).
    • Incident Response & Management: Investigate/respond to security incidents; conduct regular security audits and tests.

    • Vulnerability Management: The individual must have strong extensive background in working on vulnerability management and patch management projects.
    • Proven work experience in cybersecurity and DevSecOps

    Qualifications required:

    • Technical proficiency: Extensive knowledge of the technical language and security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, XDR).
    • Educational Background: Relevant degree or advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
    • Certifications: Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or any other relevant certifications) are advantageous.
