    Marketing Operations Executive

    Key responsibilities

    • Financial compliance administration, coordination, and tracking:
    • Partner funding, including rebate, marketing investment (MDF) and other funding schemes.
    • Cost management and administration for partner certifications and marketing, from purchase order request and approval to supplier invoicing tracking and purchase invoice queries.
    • Support the tax and compliance team by providing accurate reporting on marketing costs.
    • Work with accounting and partner finance teams to ensure accurate cost and funding accrual for P&L reporting, ensuring balance sheet reviews to minimise any risk to receivables.
    • Cash-flow - work with the finance receivables and partner finance teams to ensure partner funding invoice payments are received and reconciled in a timely manner.
    • Administration, tracking and reporting of partner rewards schemes and portal management.
    • Support the partner and marketing teams with leads tracking and reporting.
    • Manage all merchandise stock ordering, budget, and delivery for the marketing team.
    • Continuously implement, follow, or suggest ways to improve CDW processes and workflows to ensure that a high level of quality and accuracy is maintained at all times.
    • Act as a subject matter expert for co-workers with less experience in partner and marketing operational processes.
    • General administration and operational support as required across partner management and marketing teams, including but not limited to:
    • Support the Partner Certification Coordinator with certification tracking and administration.
    • Support the partner management and marketing team with partner portal administration. 
    • Store documentation in Microsoft TEAMS and manage multiple team mailboxes.

    Purchasing Associate

    Key responsibilities

    • Chasing of all overdue Purchase Orders on a daily basis
    • Proactive resourcing of outstanding purchase orders
    • Use of Supplier back order reports and order acknowledgments to ensure our system is updated with as much information as possible
    • Managing sales and customer returns through to completion, including liaising with Suppliers to progress these, whilst maintaining department set SLAs
    • Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders

    Data Engineer

    Key responsibilities

    • Ingest data from various sources, including on premise SQL databases, REST API’s, Apache Kafka streams, etc.
    • Define and apply cleansing rules to the data to ensure meets quality expectations.
    • Define and model data into single source of truth Kimball datasets, e.g. dimensions and facts.
    • DevOps approach to software; create high quality code using traditional software practices, such as building, linting, unit and integration testing, repositories, CI/CD, peer reviews, etc.
    • DevOps approach to support; monitor pipelines to ensure businesscritical data pipelines are processed meeting time constraint and data quality expectations (including implementing reactive changes where applicable).
    • Drives and Integrates into the data team’s WOW, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, and retrospectives, including translation of user requirements into technical requirements including complexity estimation, implement into sprint cycles, collaboration into process improvement, etc.
    • Based on requirements, perform ad-hoc analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources to inform solution design.
    • Document datasets in data catalogue, including ownership, stewardship, dictionaries, glossaries, lineage, sensitivity, etc.

    Data Tester Engineer

    KEY DUTIES

    • CDW is undergoing a roll out of our data platform, and we are looking for a highly skilled Analytics Tester with expertise in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Power BI, Dataset Generation, Automation, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and testing reports and dashboards. As an Analytics Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data analytics solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to drive effective testing strategies and deliver high-quality insights.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate data analytics solutions, with a specific focus on reports and dashboards.
    • Utilize Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
    • Design and generate realistic and representative datasets to validate the accuracy, integrity, and performance of analytics solutions.
    • Conduct end-to-end testing of Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to ensure their functionality, usability, and adherence to business requirements.
    • Collaborate with data analysts and developers to identify, isolate, and troubleshoot issues, defects, or anomalies in data analytics workflows.
    • Participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, by actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and validate requirements, ensuring that reports and dashboards meet business needs

    KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

    • Proven experience as an Analytics Tester or similar role, with a focus on data analytics testing, specifically reports and dashboards.
    • Strong proficiency in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) techniques, tools (e.g., Cucumber, SpecFlow), and frameworks.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI testing, including report validation, data validation, and dashboard testing.
    • Proficiency in dataset generation techniques, SQL querying, and data manipulation.
    • Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, with a strong understanding of the testing lifecycle in Agile projects.
