    Learning and Development Facilitator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Skill employees across the business to ensure teams function at optimal level in line with the business requirements
    • Real time Coaching of agents to optimize their agent’s SPA’s on the floor through training techniques.
    • Preparation, update and Maintenance of training documentation that is aligned to the business operational need
    • Administration of Reports; training environments; assessments

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Matric
    • ODETDP Qualification or Higher Certificate: ETDP, Train-the-trainer, Assessor or Moderator certification is recommended.
    • Minimum of 2 years recent training and development experience within a BPO Industry is essential
    • Training Experience gained must be within the Sales, Quality Assurance and Customer Care/Operations division
    • Knowledge within the Insurance and International Sector would be beneficial
    • Knowledge of classroom training best practices, methodologies, and techniques is required
    • The ability to demonstrate exceptional process drafting and creating of training material
    • Understanding process flows and creating call flows
    • Knowledge of TCF and POPIA

    Recruitment Administrator (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment reception duties
    • Conduct necessary pre-screening assessments and validation checks with candidates as per recruitment process and ensure checks are updated as they are processed
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the recruitment database/ATS System
    • Assist with onboarding new hires and processing necessary paperwork including administration for specialist roles
    • Ensure that all relevant documents are submitted timeously to the respective department
    • Ensure that required stats are submitted to Recruitment Manager and HOD timeously

    Technical Knowledge:

    • Grade 12 is essential, related qualification or certificate is an advantage
    • Must have a minimum of 12 months consecutive/current administrative experience gained within the Recruitment/HR Department
    • General knowledge on recruitment processes and profiling
    • Strong working experience on MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Reception experience is an advantage
    • Experience handling administration for bulk recruitment an advantage
    • Must be well presented and have excellent communications skills – Both written and verbal
    • Must understand LRA & POPIA
    • Clear criminal record
