    Unit Administrator - NRC East London HD

    About the Job

    •  National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Unit Administrator.
    • The Unit Administrator will be responsible for all patient and general administrative duties including posting, filing and data capturing.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Ensure that all patient administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines and policies.
    • Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. confirmation, billing, private patients, stock, waste etc. on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that the relevant HR and payroll processes are being followed in the unit on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that all unit administration is effectively completed as per company deadlines and policies.
    • Ensure efficient customer service by maintaining proactive and effective stakeholder and interdepartmental communication in order to maintain optimal standards of service delivery.

    Unit Leader - NRC Mthatha

    About the Job

    • National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Unit Leader.
    • The Unit Leader will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance to professional and ethical practice. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team. In accordance, the incumbent will be accountable for coordinating capacity building, mentoring and training.

     Key Performance Areas

    • Ensure growth of the business through marketing, communication and education of stakeholders on an on - going basis.

    Healthcare Worker - NRC Queenstown

    About the Job

    • National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Healthcare Worker.
    • The Health Care Worker will be tasked to assist in attending to and maintaining the basic needs of the patient.

    Key Perfformance

    • Ensure a safe and optimal dialysis service by prepping and cleaning dialysis machines prior to each patient dialysis session as per policies & procedures and NRC standards.
    • Ensure that the unit generator is in working condition by completing the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance inspections, logging technical issues and refuelling the generator with diesel as and when required.
    • Ensure that all financial policies and procedures are followed in the unit i.e. stock, waste
    • Ensure excellent customer service and patient care by ordering and serving patients their meals in line with dietary requirements and NRC policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a safe work ethic and a safe dialysis environment by complying with infection control and occupational health and Safety standards on a daily basis.
    • Ensure that you are continuously educated regarding the Health care worker function in the unit and that your related knowledge is constantly updated.

    Legal Adviser/Officer

    About the Job

    • National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Legal Adviser/Officer.
    • The Legal Adviser / Officer is responsible to assist the Compliance and Risk Manager in the management of the legal framework and company secretarial functions of the NRC Group. The incumbent will provide guidance to all employees through knowledge and business directives as indicated by senior management and the organizations goals. Responsibility of ensuring that legal and company secretarial functions are efficient, and effective in terms of meeting business and stakeholder requirements.

    Key Performance Areas:

    Company Secretarial

    • Assist with filing of annual returns.
    • Assist with the drafting of Board and Exco Resolutions.
    • Minute Taking of meetings.
    • Assist with all CIPC documents and capturing.
    • Update of Share Registers.
    • Registration and/or De-registration of Companies.
    • Alignment of Company structures to King IV

    Legal

    • Drafting of all legal correspondence
    • Reviewing of all legal agreements
    • Updating Legal Framework
    • Management of Legal Opinions database

    Organizational Effectiveness

    • Facilitate the effectiveness and efficiency of Legal and Secretarial functions, through improvements in coordination and communication between Risk and business functions.

    Operational Training

    • Prepare training material and present regulatory training to the organisation as a whole to ensure compliance with the legal framework.

    Risk Management

    • Ensuring that all NRC Group policies and procedures are aligned to the relevant legislation and standards as per the legal framework.
    • Ensuing that regulatory requirements are managed i.e., SLA’s, contracts etc.
