    Inside Sales - Business Development Representative

    What you'll be doing

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential and dormant clients through cold calls and following up with emails
    • Present our company to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plan to sell
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
    • Achieve and overachieve monthly sales targets in a virtual sales environment (office based)
    • Regular and proactive approach with new and existing customers, in the field of gas and welding products
    • Supervision of the entire sales process until the deal has been completed
    • Run sales campaigns and promotions according our sales strategy
    • Responsible maintenance of customer data in our CRM system

    What you need

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Excellent command of English language: verbal, written and presentation
    • Good typing, analytical and time management skills
    • Completed professional education or relevant work experience in a sales role (B2B) over the last 2 years
    • 1 year Inside Sales (Outbound) experience 
    • Knowledge of gas and welding market / products is a plus sales talent / affinity of sales topics.
    • Strong telecommunication and negotiation skills including cold calling experience
    • Sales talent and affinity of sales topics
    • Professional manner with excellent business and communication skills in English
    • Valid South African Identity Document or Valid Passport

    Customer Service Representative - US Hours

    What you will do in this role

    • Establish customer requests and expectations, offering efficient and accurate resolution
    • Manage multichannel interactions (e.g. voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
    • Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients by upselling and recommending client products, services and solutions
    • Process payment information with high security and integrity

    Your qualifications and experience

    • A matric certificate
    • Proficiency in English verbal communication
    • At least 6 months experience working in an international contact Centre environment as well as 6 months experience working in a local contact Centre environment
    • Sales experience
    • Technical experience - The ability to troubleshoot and find effective resolutions

    Customer Service Advisor - Durban

    What you will do in this role:

    • Answer incoming calls to assist customers with placing new orders, processing returns and exchanges, and general customer queries
    • Occasional outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries originating from an inbound call
    • Ninja like skills on the internet, including the ability to leap through multiple sites/systems with lightning speed
    • Building personal emotional connections with each customer while delivering WOW customer service

    Your qualifications and experience
