    Technician: Technical Services - Douglas

    Requirements:

    • Possess a Grade 12 certificate
    • Must have a 3 year Agricultural Diploma/B Agric Degree/BSC Agric Degree
    • Code 8 driving license

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Installation, inspection and coordination of humidifiers and other relevant equipment

    Training And Development Administrator - VKB Training And Development

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12/ NQF4
    • Previous experience within an administrative role in the training department will serve as recommendation.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Previous experience in PEOPLE (Sage 300) will serve as recommendation.
    • Knowledge on Good Practices for Training and Development will serve as recommendation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Professional day-to-day management and marketing of the Training Centre (Reitz) to ensure optimal utilization and income generation.
    • Timeous invoicing for the use of training centre; training services rendered to the internal divisions of the VKB Group.
    • Manage the internal bursary scheme for permanent employees within the VKB group in collaboration with Human Capital Managers.
    • Assist with the compiling, scheduling and execution of the yearly training programme.
    • Coordinate and ensure that VKB’s online learning platform (My Growth) is up to date and relevant.
    • Assist with the continuous updating of employee qualifications on PEOPLE (Sage 300).
    • Develop and maintain organizational communication such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees are informed of training and development events and resources.
    • Ongoing liaison with internal departments and clients to ensure quality service delivery and maintain long-term relationships.
    • Development and upgrade of training material and training aids.
    • Identify, coordinate and facilitate training needs of employees.
