    Learning Specialist

    DESCRIPTION: 

    The Learning Specialist will report to the Learning and Development Manager and DEI Lead, and he/she will support business unit learning needs by implementing learning solutions.

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Contribute to the diagnosis, design and roll-out of development plans.
    • Coordinate learning events and meetings (planning, logistics and administration).
    • Create program materials (cards, games, presentations, posters, facilitator guide). 
    • Contribute to partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers. 
    • Use internal learning processes and tools (One Profile, People Analytics, ALLHR, etc).
    • Use internal data and metrics to drive learning activity and support HRBP’s and GM’s with monthly and quarterly reporting taking into account KPI’s for learning hours and mandatory learning.
    • Track Learning budgets and expenses.
    • Communicate locally on learning offers and activities in alignment with L’Oréal standards.

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to draw and implement internal Individualized Learning Plans (ILP).
    • Presentation skills (Online & Offline) a must.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Medical Area Manager: Bloemfontein

    DESCRIPTION: 

    Implement the medical strategy to increase prescription and recommendation of brands by health professionals to grow sales.

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Enhance the image and increase prescription and recommendation of the brands. 
    • Visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brand’s products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient. 
    • Promote the brands’ added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services. 
    • Get to know the environment, the pathologies, the products and the useful communication techniques for promoting the products and services. 
    • Represent the brand/the Division at every contact opportunity with health professionals and ensure they are followed up (congresses, ongoing medical training) 
    • Implement the medical visit strategy - Respect target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles 
    • Make systematic use of available promotional tools (sales visit aids, brochures, publications)

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Relevant qualification or degree 
    • Min 2 years of sales experience (Pharmaceutical or FMCG dermatology preferred) 
    • Knowledge of the dermo cosmetic/Pharmaceutical regulatory environment
    • Knowledge of sales concepts specifically in a medical environment (Call Planning, Call Rate target, frequency KPI, Sales Targets, Sell-In) 
    • A driver’s license.
    • Track record of success in building medical relationships and sales.
    • Willingness to travel.

    Key Accounts Manager (Drug/Food)

    KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • To service, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts in line with the Brand / BU strategy.
    • Build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts.
    • Manage accounts sales growth and profitability in line with BU/entity objectives.
    • Create and implement an annual business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms…

    TECHNICAL, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

    • B-Com or equivalent business degree 
    • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

    • Computer literacy on MSOffice – Advanced Excel proficiency MANDATORY
