    Product Owner

    MAIN PURPOSE

    • Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective management of Data and Analytics (DnA) Assets.
    • The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for the overall operation and optimization of DnA Data Assets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify and address product challenges and opportunities for improvement and effective adoption.
    • Execute the product management process while ensuring stakeholder engagement and realizing business benefits.
    • Manage initiatives through all product management stages, from inception to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring business benefits are achieved.
    • Advocate for business users in all aspects of product management and stay updated on best practices and global trends.
    • Oversee project management, change management, business and systems analysis, design, and user acceptance testing as part of delivery.
    • Utilize inter-system information efficiently to optimize operations.
    • Analyze end-to-end information flow between systems and develop success metrics for operational efficiency.
    • Champion and support the change management process related to product implementation.
    • Measure and report on the impact of initiatives, track bugs, and define areas for continuous improvement and optimization.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, information technology, mathematics, science, data sciences, or engineering.
    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, or in a role that bridges technology and business (e.g., System and Business Analyst).

    Retail Project Manager – VAS/POS

    Purpose of the Role:

    • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT projects within our Value-Added Services (VAS) Business Unit. This role is integral to the successful execution of our IS Customer Programme, focusing on Financial Services, Bill Payments, and Cellular Services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and deliver large-scale IS projects within the IS Customer Programme.
    • Build and manage relationships with key business stakeholders.
    • Oversee the prioritization and alignment of IS projects to ensure timely delivery.
    • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Coordinate with IS Capability Leads, Product Owners, and Vendor teams.

    • Experience in the Retail industry, POS (Point of Sale), Financial Services, VAS, and Cellular Services is advantageous.
    • Proven experience in application development and resource management.
    • Strong background in delivering complex projects with multiple workstreams.
    • Familiarity with IT governance principles, financial budgeting, and cost management.
