IQbusiness is looking for Java full stack developers responsible for building Java-based solutions, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the solution’s architecture. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and a quality product are essential.

Key Responsibilities and/or Outputs

• Ability to adhere to coding Standards

• Understanding basic coding concepts like Code blocks, flow, IO, FileSystem, Serialization, Configuration, Self-commenting code, Data access

Requirements

• 4-7 years working experience
• Bachelor degree in related field (Advantageous)
• Relevant software development certifications

About this role
Our client is a leading international business school. The Faculty Assistants support our client's Faculty members for all administrative duties enabling them to
concentrate on their teaching and research activities. In this role, you will assist 3 to 4 Faculty
Members with their agenda, teaching material, expenses and much more.

Key activities & accountabilities

• Carry out general secretarial and other duties as required
• Prepare teaching materials and help for document or database researches
• Provide support in the Faculty’s agenda management
• Organise logistics for internal and external meetings
• When required assist in meeting with clients, take minutes and provide general support
• Organise travel and complex travel planning: reservation of flights, accommodation, visas, etc.
• Manage expenses claims timely and accurately
• Provide support during workshops and events on campus when required
• Provide support to Faculty during online events/programs when required

Ideal profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent ideally in Commercial or Hospitality field
• Strong experience in a customer relations role
• Experience working in an international environment
• Fluent in English, written and oral, a good command of French is a plus; any additional language is an asset
• Computer literate (MS Office necessary, Salesforce, Canvas and Zoom are a plus)
• Proven organizational and administrative skills

Our Innovative Analysis Team is looking for a Business Analyst with a specialisation in Payments (Payments Subject Matter Experts - SMEs) to join us on a Contracting or Permanent basis for a specific project opportunity.

Knowledge of electronic, card and / or wholesale / high value payment streams is a requirement. Understanding of the National Payment System (NPS) and its developments, including modernisation, is also required.

Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to:

• Must have 7+ years of experience as an all-round BA (data, process, systems and business analysis)
• Must have worked on payments related projects within banking or financial services
• Must have an understanding of the National Payments System (NPS)
• Must have worked within CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking)
• Experience in various project methods and principles (Agile, Waterfall, RUP)
• Ability to transfer requirement documentation into user stories and integrate it into the Agile space.
• Engagement across stakeholders and ability to run information-gathering sessions.
• Gather, interpret, and document requirements (business, functional and technical)
• Participate in the solution design process.
• Participate in (ensuring/enabling) data integrity, quality, and governance.
• Define the success criteria, document test cases, and provide support across the test environments.
• Analyse, deconstruct and map existing and new business processes.
• Align data sources, flows, storage, and reporting.
• Assistance on solution delivery on implementation and training.

Education Qualification:

• Matric
• University Qualification, Certificate or Diploma, aligned to relevant experience - Relevant Bachelors’ Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution.
