    Sales Activator- Kokstand

    Job description
    The Ideal Profile for this Role will drive the following KPIs:

    • Executes Sales activities in new & existing Channels to increase revenue, volume, and profit for existing and new Twizza products.
    • The dynamic execution and implementation of the Brand's Sales strategy to bring brand awareness for the consumer to “Taste the moment”.
    •  Actively, evaluate & improve the customer outlet and Twizza visibility in outlet.
    • Drive and expand Twizza’s reach across all channels and groups throughout South Africa to increase market share.
    • Identify new customers within the listed universe and then close the distribution gaps.
    • Understand and apply Twizza financial levers to product mix, pricing, promotional strategy, up-selling and cross-selling within new & existing customers to ensure ROI mo

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification/Relevant Training:

    • A completed Degree in Commercial Streams: Entrepreneurship, Economics, Innovation, Retail Management, Strategic Management, eCommerce, Business Management
    • Post grad studies in Business, Economics, Finance are adv.

    Experience & Sales Skills:

    • 3-4 years experience in a Sales Brand Ambassador/Sales Activations role.
    • Valid, drivers’ license without any endorsements.
    • Solid financial acumen and a flair to work with numbers.
    • Strong Enterpriser that can be business development focused and prioritise.
    • High Achiever that closes deals with the ability to apply robust financial techniques that yield the desired profit/ROI.
    • Team Orientated to drive strong engagement with internal team/stakeholders and external Distribution Partners.
    • High Attention to position product knowledge in depth, pricing strategies that win in the market.

    Laboratory Technician - Queenstown

    Job description

    Product testing:

    • Conduct micro and analytical testing on the following products using approved testing methods as per SOP.:
    •  Twizza Carbonated Soft Drink.
    • Incoming Raw Material and verification of consignment products.
    •  External verification tests by a SANAS Accredited Laboratory.
    •  Equipment Calibration and/or Verifications

    Non-product environmental testing: 

    •  Conduct micro-testing on people, equipment, environment, water, and air by plating on Agar plates and Petri Films.
    • Conduct analytical tests in water as follows:
    • Chlorine and pH.

    Communication, reporting of results and deviations, and Investigation:

    •  Communicate any deviations to the Team Leader and/or Quality Manager and assist in root cause analysis to identify the source of deviation / non-conformity.

    Ensure all reagents to be used are available and discard all waste generated during analysis:

    •  Plans work accordingly and request reagents if not available or about to expire.
    • Correct and safe packing of waste for disposal

    Health, Safety, Quality and FSSC 22 000

    • inspection on plant and products.
    •  Ensure adherence to standards.
    • Ensure that all work is done in a safe manner and all equipment used complies with Safety Standards.
    • Support the companies Health and Safety as well as Quality programme to achieve the identified objectives and targets and fulfil the responsibilities assigned by management. Adhere to all Food Safey Standards and report on all issues with regards to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team.
    • Ensure that the Critical Control Points (CCP 1 & CCP 2) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP 2) are measured, monitored and verified at predetermined frequencies as per the SOP.

    Minimum requirements

    Qualification

    • Grade 12
    •   BSC Microbiology/ BSC or Diploma in Biotechnology/ B.Tech in Food Technology / Analytical Chemistry

    Experience:

    • 1 year product testing in FMCG.
    •  1 year laboratory experience.

    Warehouse Cleaner - Middelburg

    Job description

    The purpose of the Cleaner is to take care of facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition responsible for the daily cleanliness of the production areas and related. 

    • Ensure respective areas of responsibility are kept clean at all times (Production, Offices, Abblution areas, etc).
    • Isuuing of cleaning chemicals to production lines.
    • Ensure that consumables such as earplugs, hairnets, beard covers, wrist covers, toilet paper and hand towels are replenished when required.
    • Record Management - Record all activities as required for all departments responsible for and ensure all tasks are accurately performed as per requirement.                                                   

     Following any reasonable instruction given to you by your line manager.                         

    • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
    • Co-operate with the rest of the staff.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations.
    • Carry out any lawful instructions.

    Minimum requirements

    • A Grade 12 certificate is non-negotiable

    Job description
    Develop, implement a Commercial Wholesale Strategy to achieve an annual Division Business Plan:

    • Incorporating Regional Field Sales Plan, Distribution Partner Plan, Community Plan & Key Accounts Plan.
    • Implements relevant Channel Strategies as agreed with the Customer Team.

    Drive Revenue to achieve Revenue Rand per case:

    • Ensure the effective execution and implementation of the brand's Sales strategy in order to secure the achievement of the organization's budgeted revenue rand per case.
    •  Efficient Call Cycle Management, outlet reach to unlock alternate RTM channels through field operations.

    Sustainable Profitability to achieve targeted Sales EBITDA:

    • Correct application of the different sales and profit levers in Twizza i.e product mix, pricing, promotional strategy, channel mix and differentiation.

    Develop a Budget and ensure stringent measures to control costs remain with Approved Budget:

    • Determine Actual Rand Value Fixed, Variable, Secondary Costs as a % of Budgeted Rand Value Fixed Cost, Variable, Secondary Costs with monthly analysis and future projections.

    Stakeholder Management by influential relationships internally and externally:

    • Collaborate and influence decisions with Manufacturing/Distribution internal customers, Key Strategic Customers, 3rd party Service Providers, Independent/Group store owners, Community Leaders

    People Leadership through engaged Onboarding, Performance Management, Targeted Coaching and Recognition/Rewards

    • Engage Sales teams through active listening and Coaching feedback, fair Performance Reviews, identifying top talent for succession and accelerate development through meaningful individual growth plans.

    Minimum requirements

    • A B-degree in the Commercial/Entrepreneur Management OR 3year IMM /GSM accredited Sales & Marketing Diploma.
    • Post-graduate in Business Management (advantage).
    • 10 years Sales Leadership in the FMCG industry at mid-senior management level.
    • Extensive knowledge of Field Sales Management /Key Accounts/ Trade Marketing, Distribution
    • Extensive knowledge of building Territory Plans & Budgeting.
    • Basic knowledge of Contracts & Commercial Law.
    • Sound, proven knowledge in managing an Income statement.
    • Knowledge of Market Intelligence - Nielsens/ Ask'd and Trade Intelligence reports and data.
    • Proven track record actively in the trade: Wholesale, On-Premise, OOH.
