    Payroll Administrator

    Main job purpose

    • Effectively administer payroll areas assigned, ensuring correct payments to employees and vendors, as well as cost allocation to finance.

    Main Objective

    • Maintain a high level of accuracy on all Payroll processing through adherence to Group Policies and Procedures as well as Statutory legislation.
    • Ensure accurate payment to employees through pre payrun audits on employee biographical data and system calculations.
    • Administer the Timekeeper access control system with regards to the issuing of cards, report distribution, uploading of time data for correct employee time allocation and payments.
    • Manage the weekly wages payroll processing by performing weekly payruns, creation of bank files and transferring of employee salaries to the various Banks.
    • Investigation of all Payroll related queries to establish whether it’s Administrative or System related, process administrative corrections and forward system errors to IT Service Provider for correction two weeks before next Payroll run.
    • Balancing and reconciling of Payroll deductions to the Financial Accounting system for correct payments to 3rd party Vendors.

    Main job purpose

    • To deliver glass to and from customers in the most efficient possible way and to the highest quality standard of service daily and accurate recording of various paper requirements

    Main Objective

    • Good understanding of road workings in your area of delivery
    • Vehicle must be regularly maintained and always clean inside and out
    • Complete daily trip sheets accurately and honestly
    • Complete quality check sheets while Loading
    • Daily monitoring of vehicle and immediately report faults
    • The ability to establish a good working relationship with people at all levels inside and outside the company
    • Must be honest and trustworthy
    • Ability to work in a demanding, fast pace and pressurised working environment

    Accounts Payable Controller

    Main job purpose

    • To perform a creditor's support service to suppliers and drive on-time payment that support service delivery and business continuity.

    Main Objective

    • Ensure the processing of valid supplier invoices within 4 days in accordance to limits set on the current prevailing authorization matrix.
    • Check to ensure that tax invoice and vat claims are SARS compliant.
    • Responsible for processing monthly reconciliations on strategic vendors and quarterly reconciliations on other vendors.
    • Investigate and resolve vendor queries that arise.
    • Ensure that escalations are dealt with expeditiously and do not exceed 4 days.
