    Head of Retail & Logistics Applications - Head Office

    Description

    This role is responsible for Retail systems (ERP, Planning, Replenishment, Product Lifecycle), and Logistics (Warehousing, Import Logistics) working closely with the relevant Departments.

    We are looking for an experienced Technical Application Manager to join our team and help our retail business grow. The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in software applications and related technologies. The role will specialise in the Oracle SAAS cloud suite of Retail systems, Product Lifecycle (CentricPLM), and Logistic systems (Oracle WMS, Tradecloud).

    EXPERIENCE

    Beneficial areas of knowledge and expertise for this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business

    Partner Coordinator - Head Office

    The Partner Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to drive turnover across the Cape Union Mart Group among our BNPL, Loyalty and Credit partners.     Minimum requirements

    •   Relevant 3-year Information Technology qualifications is highly recommended.
    •   Minimum of 3-5 years IT ERP systems experience in a Retail environment, and or preferably in Warehousing / Supply Chain area.
    •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically MS Excel)
    •   Sound knowledge of Warehousing/Manufacturing/Distribution centre
    •   Demonstrable expertise and experience of using agile project management software e.g. Zendesk and Confluence.
    •   Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, and of the ERP consulting / IT functional analyst role within agile frameworks.
    •   Experience working with ERP systems preferable.
    •   Experience in application testing.
