• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information assets and systems, through the implementation and management of security controls and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Conduct security assessments and audits of the company's information systems and applications, to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
•  Implement and maintain security controls, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies, to protect the company's information assets.
•  Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
•  Respond to security incidents and investigations, to identify and resolve security breaches.
•  Conduct regular security awareness training for employees and contractors, to educate them on best practices for protecting the company's information assets.
•  Conduct risk assessments, to identify and prioritize security risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
•  Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats, and recommend improvements to the company's security posture.
•  Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors, to integrate security controls into new systems and applications.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
•  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or similar certification is preferred
•  Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with experience in a similar role.
•  Strong hands-on experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and anti-virus/anti-malware.
•  Knowledge of security standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST.
•  Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
