    Partner Coordinator - Head Office

    Description

    The Partner Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to drive turnover across the Cape Union Mart Group among our BNPL, Loyalty and Credit partners. This role provides project management support and coordination for the implementation and management of campaigns and projects. The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for managing the relationships between their organization and outside entities by building strong, sustainable relationships with our Partners.

    Role Responsibilities

    FINANCIAL PARTNERS

    • Implement the annual financial partner marketing strategy and timings
    • Creating an annual marketing plan, incorporating seasonal factors and key sales periods across chains
    • Compile a brand calendar, incorporating both above and below the line campaigns, promotions, and rollout timelines across partners.
    • Ensure that each campaign is completed within the agreed timeframe.
    • Ensure that post campaign reporting is compiled and shared with relevant stakeholders.
    • Manage relationships with our key stakeholders internally and externally; Working with Brand, PR, Digital, Ecom teams to develop campaigns that promote the partnership’s offerings.
    • Manage the execution of campaigns by creative agency to ensure that each brand is always well represented in a brand appropriate way.
    • Maintain accurate records of partner activity and tracking of campaign performance.
    • Provide PCA (post campaign analysis within 2 weeks after campaign ends) to internal and external stakeholders outlining the campaign performance.
    • Assist in growing turnover through acquisition and retention of financial partner’s base: through data segmented campaigns.
    • Identify opportunities for growth in existing partnerships or developing new partnerships with complementary businesses or organizations.
    • Reviewing proposals from potential partners and selecting appropriate ones based on mutual interests and potential for success.
    • Establish effective and efficient processes and project manage timelines to optimize the workflow of the team.
    • Drive SOP to ensure consistent delivery of outputs.
    • Manage the setup of campaigns and post campaign results with BI and IT Departments
    • Relationship management of internal and external resources to deliver outputs within deadline.
    • Ensure the partner dashboard is updated monthly
    • Ensure the status document is updated weekly
    • Setting up and facilitating key weekly and monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders

    CENTRE MARKETING RELATIONS FOR THE CHAINS

    • Build relationships with the various marketing departments within shopping centres
    • Share promotional activity and seasonal content with shopping centres
    • Drive brand visibility through-our shopping centre’s
    • Identify opportunities within shopping centres for tactical activity
    • Drive campaign specific communication through centre channels
    • Setting up and facilitating key meetings

    Education:

    • Tertiary education or equivalent (must have completed studies)
    • Project management experience and prior experience working within a Commercial Department is a must
    • 2-3 years work experience required
    • Valid drivers licence and own car
