    Snr Talent Acquisition Partner - SA Based

    We are looking for a number of Senior Talent Partners to support a multinational business on their senior hiring within the oil & gas industry. 

    We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals who love delivery, particularly mapping and engaging senior talent. Our client is looking to us to support them with hiring diverse talent across a range of skill sets including technology, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations. You will be identifying talent within the oil & gas and renewable energy sector with specific focus on wind energy.

    Additionally, we need folks who can collaborate, partner, and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring a sensational hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

    Whilst we want seasoned TA professionals who are comfortable working with the latest sourcing technologies, we need team players who are willing and able to support the wider teams, particularly those focused on sourcing and scheduling.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Take hands on ownership for a number of senior requisitions
    • Collaborating, partnering, and building lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders
    • Source & engage exceptional diverse talent across the UK
    • Ability to effectively assess senior candidates at screening stage or 1st interview
    • Deliver an amazing candidate experience
    • Map & research talent in key competitors and target diverse talent using innovative tools and platforms

    What we are looking for:

    • Demonstrable record of accomplishment of working on senior hiring in an in-house or executive research capacity
    • Experience finding Snr Talent within the oil & gas and renewable energy sector will be advantageous 
    • Previous experience of success in a large corporate / matrix environment
    • Comfortable running behavioral interviews for senior level candidates

    Talent Consultant - SA Based

    We are looking for a number of Talent Consultants/Sourcers to support a multinational business on their senior hiring within the oil & gas industry.  

    You will support the wider talent acquisition team by mapping out talent across a range of skill sets including technology, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations. You will be identifying talent within the oil & gas and renewable energy sector with specific focus on wind energy. 

    You will also support by attracting and engaging talent for various roles within the UK & US markets. Additionally, we need folks who can collaborate, partner, and build lasting relationships with the rest of the talent team, ensuring a sensational hiring experience for the candidates. 

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • The Talent Consultant plays a vital part in supporting the wider Talent Acquisition team in mapping, sourcing, attracting and engaging talent across a range of skill sets and variety of sectors.
    • Assist with screening of shortlisted candidates and if required interviewing of candidates and managing open role requisitions.
    • Writing and posting of adverts for the various roles across the different teams within UK market
    • Providing support with talent mapping, competitor analysis, research on market insights & trends and much more.
    • Potential to support with the US based candidate mapping and searches.

    What we are looking for:

    Executive Assistant

    You will provide essential administrative support to one of our directors & co-founders, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and achieve our business goals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our business.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Act as a trusted partner to the director & senior team.
    • Manage and maintain the director's fast-moving schedule, including scheduling across multiple time zones and various accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between our internal team, clients, and candidates.
    • Format information for internal and external communication, such as emails, presentations, and reports.
    • Assist the director with weekly, monthly, and adhoc reporting by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends and areas of improvement.
    • Support the director in preparing documents; editing, proofreading, and creating presentations.
    • Work closely with the director to manage databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records with all necessary supporting documents.
    • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on actionable items.
    • Provide personal support to the director including handling travel itineraries (local and international), booking flights, accommodation, boarding passes, managing travel expenses, reimbursements, and visa applications when required.
    • Manage meeting room reservations, room-setups, audio-visual requirements and catering for special events where the director is involved.
    • Anticipate the needs of the director and proactively address them by managing upwards
    • Assist other teams experiencing high workloads and handle critical tasks as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement streamlined systems to enhance efficiency.
    • Perform any other necessary administrative duties.

    What we are looking for:

    • Experience in the recruitment industry is beneficial.
    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role in an office environment.
    • Strong communication & collaboration skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 and G Suite.
    • Ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects.
    • Experience with electronic diary management.
