The role requires an analytic problem solver with a passion for driving effective governance, fraud, and enterprise management risks in the Home Loans First Line of Defense (1LOD. The Senior Manager - Governance, Control and Fraud Risk will work closely with both the Home Loans Executive, Operational Risk (2LOD), Management Assurance teams embedded within the business, and Cluster 1LOD teams, and other key stakeholder including Risk, Audit, and Cluster or Group representatives. To this end, the successful candidate will possess the requisite skills and experience to balance technical risk control acumen and commercial knowledge to influence business decisions. Your ability to navigate this complex terrain, combined exceptional leadership skills, will be instrumental in shaping our success.
