    Manager MMU Services

    Overview    
    To ensure that engineering risks are prevented/mitigated, set, implement, and maintain governed engineering and maintenance standards;

    • Conduct research to determine engineering standards and legal requirements needed to operate in target entities/international operations

    3 x Instructor III (Underground) - Balfour (Fixed Term Contract)

    Overview    

    • These are Instructor-III x 3 based in Sibanye Gold Burnstone (Balfour)- Mpumalanga. The successful candidates will be expected to conduct testing and quality assurance of the product and transferring of Megapump from surface silos, transfer cassettes and Emulsion Charging Units and also to provide training for mine personnel to demonstrate the correct method for transporting emulsion technology, demonstrate the correct method of operating emulsion pumps, demonstrate the correct method for loading a blast face, demonstrate the ability to support emulsion blasting operations without supervision, lead a team of BME personnel in the technical support of underground blasting operations. Only those who meet the minimum requirements will be shortlisted for the interview. They must have at-least an N3 or Equivalent, Competency A & B, • 3 years’ demonstrated experience in Underground explosives mining environment, • 2 years’ demonstrated knowledge of performing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical maintenance with a Code 10 Drivers License. Medically Fit and No Criminal Record. Local candidates will be given the first priority

    Experience
