Contract Management
- Interpret, implement and manage the contract.
- Manage site budget, financial KPIs.
- Liaise with client representative regarding overall plant performance and quality standards.

PURPOSE
- This exciting opportunity exists in Fraser Alexander to assist the divisional finance team with various generalist responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
- Assist the Financial Manager with developing and preparing financial reports and any other reporting requirements.
- Assist the Financial Manager with financial analysis.
- Assist the finance team with process flow documentation and development of policies and procedures.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes to enable financial departments to meet deadlines and process all financial transactions before final closure.

Governance
- Process financial transactions under guidance and supervision to ensure the transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with policies, processes, guidelines, and legislation.
- Assist with the annual internal and external audit and perform financial account reconciliations to identify discrepancies or items to be actioned to ensure that all transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.
- Assist with quality review on financial statements.

Record Keeping

PURPOSE
- The role exists to perform a technical and supervision of a tailings project, ensuring setting out of the site, applying relevant designs and plans, resources management, project progress monitoring, as well as liaising with sub-contractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
